- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.

Since the neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, we have to enforce below house rules to respect the community.


- No events or parties allowed.


- Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.


- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.


- Guests should not spend time outside of the house between the quiet hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.


- Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house at ANY TIME (Daly City Ordinance). Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs.


-Any drug use, including marijuana is prohibited. Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house.


- Report any damage to us immediately. so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.


- Garbage Bins take out on Tuesday evening, bring back on Wednesday after emptied. Otherwise, a dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.


- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout. An energy charge of $50 will be charged for each occurrence.
