I was sick and was soaking in the bathtub when the fire alarm went off. We had to leave the property while it was fixed.We were offered another VRBO, but did not relish moving. We were offered a hotel room, but again, not wanting to move, we remained. No monetary compensation offered.

While we did like the house overall, there’s quite a few things that need improvement. First off we were extremely disappointed that the Jacuzzi did not work. We picked this property because it had a Jacuzzi. Additionally, there’s a lot of little things that didn’t work. The main burner on the stove wasn’t working, one of the cabinets in the kitchen we were afraid to open because it’s hanging on by a thread. The downstairs bathroom toilet would continually run unless you wiggled the handle. The ping-pong table was great, but the paddles are ridiculous. It’s almost like they chopped them in two.If you’re going to advertise a ping-pong table, you should have decent equipment. Also, there were no wine glasses in the cabin.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall. Oh shoot, had we known the ping-pong paddles were unacceptable, we would have been happy to overnight replacements. Wine glasses are stocked in the kitchen cabinets, though we’re sorry if they were difficult to locate. While we regret the unfortunate timing of the jacuzzi repair, guests do have access to the community hot tub, and all noted items have since been addressed. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
