Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
No need to strip or make the beds....you are on vacation! You can leave used towels, washcloths and makeup remover cloths on the floor. Our cleaning crew will do the rest!
Please do not leave out any food that may attract pests. Please dispose leftover food in the trash.
Please make sure you return both garage remotes to the game room table. Not returning both remotes could adversely impact the next guests and result in a fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not accept guests from the local San Antonio area without prior approval.
All guests must be listed on the reservation. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Without doubt, one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in on vacation. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and spotless, the amenities are top notch, and the location was perfect for our trip. It was an easy walk to the astrodome and river walk. Communication with the host was top notch as well. We can’t wait to go back!

This was a WONDERFUL place. The host is amazing and the place was clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated.True to the pictures and thats not always the case with bookings. They had treats for us on our arrival that was very unexpected but very much appreciated. We would recommend this place over and over again. We wish we could take it with us to all locations. The view was great too!! Overall terrific experience!

The place was amazing. Everything we needed was there. I loved the rocking chairs in the front. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the Sphere and the Alamodome. Downtown was like literally a minute away. The bedrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms beautiful. The water in the shower was great. Had a lot of pressure. The kitchen was excellent. I loved the gas stove. The table had plenty of seating. Then you had the patio to go sit outside and just look at the view. ( 3rd floor). There was also a patio in the room with King bed. ( 2nd floor). We are definitely coming back. I highly recommend this place. And lastly the host Rob was excellent. Always checking to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. Super nice and friendly.

The host is amazing and very helpful with any questions. We had the BEST treats waiting for us when we got there from a local bakery. The house is very nice and clean and has everything you need for your stay. Like that the house is close to the river walk. Definitely would stay again

My wife and I have visited over 25 countries during our 30+ year marriage. We have stayed at the finest hotels to some.....not so great hotels. Inndoing so, we have learned to appreciate when things are done right! When we first saw this property, with its fantastic location, breathtaking views and unique floor plan, we thought it would make the perfect short-term rental! Our goal was to make this property the perfect place we would seek out to stay if we were visiting the Alamo City. I think we succeeded.....I hope you agree!

Why they chose this property

Lavaca is one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. Many families have been in this neighboorhood for generations. While literally being in the shadow of America's 7th largest city, Lavaca maintains its small neighborhood charm. There are several great restaurants and pubs that are walking distance from the house. The Alamodome, Tower of the Americas, Convention Center and Riverwalk are all within a 15 min walk. Going forward, the new San Antonio Spurs arena is being built a quarter mile away! This location is hot and only getting hotter.

This is a new home (2025) built in a new subdivision of one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. The location puts you walking distance to everything downtown has to offer.
