Daniel and his wife Jaqueline were both very welcoming and their property was immaculate and felt like home. Perfectly situated in the heart of Condado walking distance to most restaurants, bars and shops. I would love to stay here again. Thanks fue a great experience.

I am very satisfied and feel extremely comfortable—just like being at home. The rooms are very clean. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The home is located in a secure, gated apartment and is quiet. I will definitely return and hopefully be able to book this home again

The property manager was readily available and very courteous. The location is perfect and in a nice neighborhood very close to restaurants and a supermarket, el Condado, the beach and a short uber or lyft ride to points of interests including El Viejo San Juan. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Daniel was a great host. The property is as described. Beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood, walkable to various activities, restaurants, shops, in all directions. Property had multiple levels of security features. Gated, keyed front lobby door and keyed elevator to floor. No issues and would definitely stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the essentials—and even a few extras—that made us feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every little detail seemed carefully considered.The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It was the ideal base for exploring the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot.We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Must stay apartment!

We arrived very late and the owners made the check-in process very easy for us. They were so friendly and provided suggestions for restaurants and beaches in the area. The unit was clean and exactly as described. It is conveniently located to walk to restaurants, stores, and grocery store. We highly recommend this property when visiting Puerto Rico.

Our favorite place in Condado

We have stayed in this apartment at least four times which is a good indication of how much we like the place. The host Daniel is a great, hospitable host and the neighbor is safe and you can find everything walking distance, from grocery store to good restaurants, beach and even a hospital. We just love it!
