This Venice vacation rental 2nd floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 6 guests It features 2 separate lanais. One of which is closed off and air conditioned. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features reclining furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. This is the perfect getaway condo that includes everything you need. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.

Farmington Vistas at Plantation

Nice condo, clean and very responsive landlord. Great central location, easy access to beaches and various places of interest, i.e. Sarasota to Fort Myers, lots of golf courses and restaurants. Lacking slightly in amenities, no gym or tennis courts but local park tennis courts were just around the corner and the YMCA was close as well. If returning to this area, we would definitely rent from Paul again - he is an absolute gem to deal with.

It was perfect.

The condo was tastefully decorated with all the amenities you would expect at a hotel and more!!! The pool was clean and heated. Most importantly, it was close to the beach, grocery and Target. We're already planning next year's vacation and hope this condo will be available.

Very Lovely Complex

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is a short drive from restaurants and shopping. It is also not far from the “Charming” downtown Venice shopping district .Our unit was nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary for cooking a meal. After a long day at the beach it was wonderful to sip a glass of wine on the spacious lanai.

Nice quiet and bright condo

Paul was great to work with and the condo was as nice as the photos showed. The complex is great for walking and the pool is heated and large for swimming laps. The location is great for the beach, shopping and dining out. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

We had a great time at this well stocked and very comfortable condo. King size bed in master was very comfortable. Furniture in condo was new and very comfortable and relaxing. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella which came in handy when we visited siesta beach voted#1 beach in the USA. Condo is located about 2 miles from a ton of restaurants and bars. We would recommend this to our friends and family. Thanks Paul.

The owner thought of everything!

We had a lovely stay in Venice thanks to the owners of this elegant, clean, well-stocked condo, whose owners even had lovely little animals designed with our towels on our bed to greet us!! It reminded me of staying in a fancy hotel! The kitchen had everything we could need to make gourmet meals, the condo is nice and roomy and tastefully decorated. Our host was attentive and responsive and we found that the development is in a great location, centrally located and not far from shopping, the beach, etc. Would we stay here again? YES!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo while we searched for a house to buy. Nice central location and the Plantation provided lots of areas to walk or bike.

Born and raised in Danbury Connecticut, Paul and his wife have decided to spend their winters in beautiful Venice Florida. Starting with a condo and then upgrading to a house. He then decided to rent out the condo. Since Paul comes from a business background, it wasn’t long before he realized he had a knack at being a landlord. Soon one condo became two and two became three and three became four. We now offer four condos in the same association of Farmington Vistas in Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice Florida. Paul and his wife now permanently live in Venice only 10 minutes away from the condos if anything is ever needed.
