We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, as we put significant effort into providing a five-star experience for all our guests. We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy and for future reference. The dishwasher was left running because the previous guests checked out past the scheduled time and had not started it. Our cleaning team began the cycle before departing, and a full cycle takes approximately three hours. One TV remote had low batteries, which were replaced promptly the following morning. While we understand inconveniences can be frustrating, messages sent at 1:00 AM regarding non-urgent matters such as batteries are outside normal expectations. Additionally, the bedroom light is fully functional using the wall switch. The remote-controlled lighting is an added upgrade, not a standard feature, and there were also two working lamps available in the room. We responded to all messages almost immediately and addressed each concern as quickly as possible. Despite this, it seems our efforts did not meet your expectations, and we respect your perspective.
