You may see our friendly farm staff on the property during your stay as they go about their day-to-day tasks. They will not disturb you and are respectful of guest privacy at all times—but you may spot tractors, vineyard maintenance, or olive grove work happening nearby.
🔑 Important Guest Info Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Security Deposit: A refundable $750 security deposit is required per stay to cover potential incidentals. Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property. Quiet Hours: Starts at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of neighborhood noise and local ordinances. Access & Roads: Easily accessible via paved roads; standard vehicles are suitable. Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. 🏊 Exciting Pool Upgrade in Progress We’re excited to be enhancing the property with a brand-new pool! Construction will take place in the front of the home approximately April 20 through July 10. A photo in the listing highlights the area where work will be occurring. During this time, the construction area will be safely fenced, and access to the property will be via the back gate. While there may be noticeable daytime construction noise, work is scheduled primarily Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with very limited activity on some weekends. Guests will continue to enjoy full access to the BBQ and fire pit area, so you’ll still have plenty of space to relax and unwind outdoors. Once construction is complete, all future stays will enjoy access to our beautiful new pool, and we can’t wait to share this exciting new amenity. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we make this upgrade—we know it will be worth it!
⚠️ Please Note: Due to the remote location of this property and the private one-way dirt road with a narrow single-lane bridge, no oversized vehicles are permitted. This includes large trucks, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, and dually trucks. We’re always looking for ways to make our property even better for our guests! Currently, we’re working on some exciting upgrades, solar with battery backup, and even a pool in the future. While you may notice occasional improvements happening around the property, rest assured that all work will be wrapped up by 5 PM each day, and no work will take place on weekends. The grounds may not be picture-perfect during this process, but your comfort, privacy, and experience will always remain our top priority. Due to extreme fire risk, the wood-burning fireplace and Santa Maria–style BBQ are not for guest use and may only be operated by a hired private chef. A propane BBQ is provided for guest use.

Hard to beat
My family had an unforgettable three weeks at this property. We have rented many vacation properties that were very good but this property has no faults. Situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and vineyards yet very close to downtown Paso Robles. The house is beautifully designed with a chefs kitchen and all the cookware and accessories you need labelled in drawers for convenience. The outdoor space includes a fire pit and the wrap around deck is perfect for enjoying the surroundings. We did not think we would use the pickleball court but ended up playing allot and loving it. The fact that it sits in a picturesque spot behind the house adds to the enjoyment.
The house nails what a vacation property should be.
