We found bugs in drawers and could never get the shower to have hot water. It worked for our one night we needed a room but wouldn’t book here again.

My Stay

Very friendly, helpful management, we had small issues, and was taking care of promptly. Will stay again if I visit Disney again. Location was perfect, for parks and outside park eating. Recommend highly.

Trip from hell.

We didn't get to stay in this room, they double booked it.. We got the call as we were almost to Florida.. They tried to help us out by giving us a one bedroom instead. It was supposed to be a 2 bedroom with a king bed. Instead it was a one bedroom with twin beds and a pull out couch.. Very very unhappy. Had to go by a king size blow up mattress just to get through the 6 nights. My kids didn't even have room to sleep there, the couch was so uncomfortable my daughter said all she could feel was the metal bar. so ridiculous that this could even happen. I blame hotels.com. I had to spend over a $100 on a blow up mattress from Walmart for the week.

Not What I Expected...

I initially chose this place because it appeared to be clean and up to date. Upon arrival, front rooms seemed to be in order, we wanted to change the temperature of the ac but then we realized that the thermostat was behind the TV...very inconvenient. We then entered the master bedroom and realized that the room smelled like urine. We started to look around more and we saw there were yellow stains on the curtains, as well as what might have been blood and tears in the fabric. The fan in the guest room did not blow cool air only warm and made a loud clattering noise. Other than this, they had interesting touch screen light switches and they had ample towels and some sheets ready for use. Place is decent for a one night stay but I wouldn't consider for long term.

My review is very poor because I never saw the property, it was rented when I got there , the hostess Andrea said “ho the system had a problem and I didn’t see you in the system”,my brother was driving from N.J :( , we suppose to meet there and rest before to go for diner.ANDREA never fix or tried to fix the problem , very disappointed.

I am sorry Joy about the issue with the A/C that anyway was solved immediately once you reported it, full maintenance of the system was performed and everything was tested to be working absolutely fine thereafter, I am glad you enjoyed your stay, you are welcome to come back in the future whenever you want :)
