Why they chose this property

Neighborhood is one of the best in all of Tijuana. Safe, clean, and very close to everything. There is an Oxxo mini market around the corner for groceries and other essentials. Cafe Aquamarino and Pizza 320 are great restaurant options next door that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's easy to walk or bike around here. Playas de Tijuana has many coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and excellent restaurants around the beach area. Hospitals, Cinepolis movie theater, Walmart, Calimax, and other shopping centers are all found nearby.

What makes this property unique

I recommend downloading the Uber app on your phone for getting around. Uber allows let you know the prices up front & is very safe. It costs about 100 pesos ($5) to get from the San Ysidro border to my location using Uber and 130 pesos ($7) from the Tijuana International Airport. Taxis pass by on Avenida del Pacifico.
