Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade. Please do not strip the beds our cleaning team handles this..
Empty the fridge/freezer and take trash to the outdoor bin (extra bags under the sink)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Septic System: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, tampons, grease, or chemicals. Conserve water; stagger showers/laundry. Misuse fees apply ($150+)
No food/drinks in bedrooms (water ok). Renter must be present. No unregistered guests or pets. Violations result in a $500 fee.
Stained/ruined linens will be billed. No smoking, vaping, or drugs ($500 fine). Do not remove items from the home.

Was brand new and very clean! Would definitely recommend. The only thing that was missing was mirrors in the bedrooms. With two families and more females than males it made for busy bathrooms for hair and makeup.
