Other things to note
✔ There are 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located in the backyard pointing to the backyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing to the front and driveway, and 1 pointing to backyard pool area. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

✔ Outdoor music is strictly prohibited due to local noise ordinances
✔ No DJ, karaoke, or loudspeakers allowed
✔ Early check-in & late check-out available upon request ($30/ per hour and is subject to our approval).
✔ Pets allowed with prior approval ($60 per pet)
✔ Maximum occupancy must be observed at all times

✔ Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

✔ Also, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.
