Welcome to our cozy private room, one of three in a well-equipped apartment! This lockable room offers full privacy, as only you hold the key, ensuring a safe and exclusive space. Inside, you’ll find two single beds with the flexibility to convert them into one large bed – perfect for a comfortable night's sleep.
As our guest, you have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with ease. The kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need: pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and even wine glasses for a relaxing evening.
The shared bathroom is stocked with fresh towels (both large and small), and there’s an iron and ironing board at your disposal. Plus, enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. We also provide free coffee and tea in the kitchen, so you can start your day with a fresh brew.

The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our ROOM for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
