Take your love story to the next level in Rocco, our one-of-a-kind romantic tiny house near Lake Oconee. This 126 sq ft jewel box is overflowing with charm and antiques — from a massive hanging table-chandelier and vintage settee, to a golden clawfoot tub with a lion’s head and a 100-year-old farmhouse sink. Every detail feels like stepping into a secret fairytale.

Nestled in the “Secret Garden” on our 16-acre Beloved Cabin Homestead, Rocco is designed for couples seeking privacy, romance, and a truly unique getaway.



What You’ll Love
• Over-the-top romantic design: eclectic antiques, one-of-a-kind lighting, velvet and gold accents.
• Clawfoot soaking tub (inside the tiny house) for the dreamiest bubble baths.
• Cozy loft bed with a cozy full-size bed (ladder access).
• Mini kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and cooking basics.
• Fire pit under the stars (bring your own wood or purchase on site).
• Optional add-ons: wine, roses, s’mores, kayak rentals, and even spa treatments.

• No shoes inside.
• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No parties, pets, or children (adults only, max 2).
• Please treat Rocco kindly — antiques are irreplaceable.

• 1.5 hours from Atlanta — perfect for a quick weekend couples’ escape.

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The cabin is cozy and had everything we needed! John was an excellent host. He was very welcoming and communicated well! Also, if you love cats, this is the place for you! Zelda did a great job as the welcoming committee!
