This place is paradise! The view is something thay can't be matched. You can walk to a great bar with the best fish tacos ive had. Very clean. Host is extremely helpful and responsive. I'm staying in this exact condo next time.

Greg and Sandy were wonderful hosts. The condo was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing and A/C was great. We had stunning views of the sunrise every morning over St. John right outside our patio door and we were located just steps away from the water. The kitchen was appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The beautiful pool was only steps away. Restaurants at the resort were very good. Sapphire Beach Resort is located very close to the ferry that takes you a short distance to St. John. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend staying at Greg and Sandy’s condo. It was lovely.

Beautiful property, and beautiful view , clean well stocked place . The roosters had a loud presence between 12-5 am unusual .i recommend turning the fan on high for noise cancellation

Beautiful views and accommodations! Property owner was very prompt to reply, address any issues or questions. Just a lovely, relaxing property. We plan on staying there again!

Room was Great! Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with ketchup, mayo, mustard, salt/pepper, which was so nice, Coffe pot had a washable filter, so for the cost of groceries on island is very high, this was a big help. A couple of things were disappointing, They were cleaning the beach for the sargassum the whole time, creating a smell that was so strong in our section of condos, The outside fan did not work as that would have helped alot with smell.The Shower handle was very hard to work so never got warm water.Pool was getting a makeover the next week, so it had some alge in it and was alittle dirty. We did have a great vacation as we rented 3 condos a Sapphire Beach in different locations.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sapphire Beach and this condo was our absolute favorite! The condo was in a perfect location, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to be back next year!!

This unit's view is hard to beat, the beautiful ocean view could be seen from inside and outside the unit. Greg was a great host and always answered my questions promptly. The unit was very clean and the resort was just like described. I would highly recommend this unit for it's building location and updates inside the unit.

We enjoyed our two-week stay very much! The condo was comfortable, the view was fantastic, we were very close to the ocean as well as to the swimming pool. There is a walking path nearby that we used often. It was windy while we were there, but the covered patio was protected from the wind. Sapphire Beach, just beyond the swimming pool, had a great beach experience and very good snorkeling.

Host was very communicative, the room is exactly as it is described within steps of the water. What was a surprise was the friendliness of the close-knit community, many ppl knew each other yet also were very welcoming to us newcomers. It was pretty great to have a few places to eat, bars, a beach, live music, and a little bit of snorkeling accessible without having to get into a car. Extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

This Place is immaculate, beautiful and beautiful views!!

Our stay here was so convenient to the whole resort. Just a few feet away from restaurants and beach bar. I absolutely loved staying here and will be back REAL soon!!!!!

Our 4th stay at Sapphire Beach. This was favorite condo on the property. Location was perfect, well appointed, very comfortable. Perfect place to watch fireworks on St. John on the 4th of July.
