We absolutely loved our stay at this cute little cabin! The space was cozy and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape. This cabin is in a very good location. However, it is accessible only from unpaved roads. The rooms are also small with no place for suitcases or other necessary items. The closet had no hanging rod and air conditioning is one small window unit in the living area. What caused us to leave without staying the night was that the water smelled of sulfur. Needless to say we were disappointed and will look carefully into the descriptions and reviews before booking any future VRBO.

I grew up on a small Indiana town on Main Street. During my career I was fortunate to travel through most of the US. However, personally, I always preferred staying at Air BnB’s. I retired from the pharmaceutical industry in ‘21 & now attend to a couple of properties & do some consulting. I am a father of 5 & grandfather of 7. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, concerts, sports & riding my Harley Davidson. Most of all, I enjoy my kids & grandkids!

Why they chose this property

I love my neighborhood because it’s close & convenient to CS & Denver yet outside the city. The acreage gives me a feeling of being in the country with the option of being in town close by.

What makes this property unique

You won’t find an experience like my Cozy Cabin any closer or any more affordable. It really meets my guests where they are; unique, comfortable & convenient.
