It was the perfect location for our son's graduation from Xavier University. The family had plenty of space to hang out and relax. We had the benefit of good weather so the front porch, deck and hot tub were used each day we were there.

We were close to where we wanted to be (Xavier) and the price was comparable to a hotel room but provided more space and privacy for our group. It is only a one bedroom with one king size bed. We did use the blow up mattress and the pull out couch.

Kelly was very helpful and let me check in a little early which was very much appreciated. I had no problems during my stay. It is well kept although I would not say luxurious. The shower is very small - not great for a very tall person! The location is fine and I enjoyed walking to the local coffee shop.

Property owner sent a message on day of arrival that the key pad on the door wasn’t working. They took care of the situation quickly and placed the key in a lock box. My only minor complaint was not being given address and arrival entry info until day of arrival as we wanted to put the address into our gps the day before to see what route would be best for our trip. Owner was very nice and responsive to any questions I had. Would stay there again!

I didn't feel like the listing was clear that the queen bed was the air mattress. It turned out ok since the air mattress was easy to air up and was comfortable, but it was frustrating at first because it was listed as a bed.
