Es perfecto para hacer barbacoas o simplemente relajarse con un cóctel después de un gran día en la montaña. Hay un local de esquí seguro, convenientemente ubicado a pocos pasos de su espacio de estacionamiento justo en frente de la entrada. Hay un muy buen área de entrada y tocador en este nivel.

Disfrute de las fantásticas vistas a la montaña desde la suite principal, que cuenta con una cama tamaño king y un hermoso baño. Es la única habitación en el nivel superior y puede ser muy privada al cerrar la sombra de la habitación interior.

El nivel inferior tiene dos habitaciones amplias, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con cama de matrimonio y una litera doble. También hay un ba��o completo. Colchones de aire se pueden suministrar para agregar capacidad de dormir. La cubierta del nivel inferior está al lado de la pendiente y también tiene un local de esquí seguro para su equipo. ¡Solo toma tus esquís y tablas de snowboard y entra en tus ataduras y listo! También hay una lavadora y secadora en el nivel inferior.

Durante el verano, está justo allí en las rutas de ciclismo y senderismo, cerca de la montaña rusa y otras actividades en la base del mtn.

Very nice, well taken care of, great location

Great condo on the mountain. Big glass window with view of trees and not neighbors. Quiet, well taken care of and had everything we needed to cook a little, enjoy games at the huge table and Livingroom furniture was very comfortable. We came to see the mountains and visit some family. Location was up and way from the high density buildings located further down the mountain so nice and quiet. The iTrip representative was very attentive, helpful, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend staying here!

Ski in Ski out at Steamboat!

This is a great property. The location ski in / ski out just cannot be beat. There are a couple of quirks that I would have like to have known about, though they were not a problem, it is a bit of a quirky property. 1. The ski in / ski out access is through one of the bedrooms on the lower level - just means that the person staying there has somewhat less privacy than you would typically expect since the entire group traipses through the room in all their ski gear a couple times a day. 2. similarly, the upstairs primary bedroom is actually a loft such that there is no privacy vis a vis the great room below - so, rather than a wall, it's just a bunch of open space and you can hear everything in both spaces. again, wasn't a problem for us but it's worth noting that privacy isn't a strong suit of this property. we'd stay again, we loved the location, it's cozy, the view is so fun. enjoy!

Location is Perfect!

This is our 3rd time staying at this condo. The true ski in ski out is perfect for the skiers in our group. The condo is very comfortable and has beautiful views.

Ski Trip

Great ski in / ski out. House was perfect for what we needed and the host was very responsive if questions. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great too, and covered parking was a big upside. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

We LOVED this townhome! The location could not be better, and it was exactly as we expected from the listing. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and a well-stocked kitchen. The best part (other than true ski-in ski-out location) was the management company - iTrips staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. When the key pad on the door stopped working, they sent someone right away and checked on us when we arrived and a few other times just to make sure everything was going well and we didn't need anything. I will book through iTrips whenever possible and willl definitely try to get this place again when we get back to our favorite new ski town in Colorado...!

Great views/great location

The property was in a great location directly on the ski slopes. Beautiful condo with everything that we needed plus more. The management went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed in a very timely manner. The only negative was the master loft and the hot tub was down the road. I probably didn't read the description well enough.

Wonderful Trip

The townhouse was perfect for our girls ski trip. It was cozy and perfectly stocked. The people at itrip were so easy to work with and responsive even when I had a million questions. The itrip transport was perfect and convenient. And when I thought we were were locked out (we weren’t, the key was just cold) they answered the phone and were ready to help. The ski in/ski out was great. It is a bit of work to ski into, but totally doable. I would definitely recommend! Thank you to our hosts for being so amazing!

Ski in ski out townhome

We stayed at this townhome for one week. We had a great experience and would stay here again. Property is ski in ski out through the back door. You can either pole about 20-30 feet or walk before you start going downhill. The townhouse was very comfortable for 5 people. 6-7 would be fine as well. Everything is updated including kitchen and bathrooms. Appliances all work. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to prepare food and eat at the house. There is a nice working fireplace. We had enough wood to use for the week we were there. There is a carport to keep snow off the car. Even though it is a townhouse we could not hear neighbors to either side of us. Overall this place is a great find for a ski trip for family of 4-7. 2 items of note. There is a tv in the master bedroom but it has no attached devices and therefore is essentially nonfunctional. Not a big deal for us but if you like to watch tv in bed this may be an issue. I hope the company puts an Apple TV in there. Also the property is advertised as having pool and hot tubs in the complex. Both are available but you have to drive to them in the winter. For practical purposes I would consider this property without pool and hot tub. They were too difficult to use for us.

Niece-Nephew’s stay with 3 kids

Nice condo, mountain trails just out back door. Kids got to see a mama moose & baby from back deck. In a quiet area, no traffic noise. Good communication between company & renter. We had no problems to report.

The condo was nice. The views were great! The ski in ski out was perfect! The condo was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures. Kitchen was well equipped. The coffee maker needs a good cleaning.

Beautiful location and well appointed

We stayed for a week in this condo with 3 adult couples and had a lovely time. The kitchen is well appointed with a good range of pots and pans. There is a slow cooker and the cupboard had some stock of spices, sugar, and flour. They even had several tupperware containers for leftovers. There was a good range of cleaning supplies under the sink as well. The bedrooms were reasonably sized, had extra blankets and pillows and the beds were fairly comfortable (though nothing ever stacks up well against your own bed). The location was super quiet. It's located at the end of a road, so there is quite literally no traffic driving by, unless you count the Snow Cats grooming the run directly outside the back door. It's located off Right-of-Way and was very reasonable for skiing in and out of. (We also had intermediate level snowboarders who found it fairly easy to get to the base from. The beginner snowboarder had a bit more trouble as it flattens out and momentum is lost). The only (minor) issues we had were the fact that there were only 5 dining chairs (though there was a bench that was repurposed) and the shuttle service was understaffed (like everything is at this time. I'm sure it will be better other times). The shuttle drivers were super awesome though, just plan ahead for your trip times, particularly around dinnertime.

Absolutely amazing

This was our first trip to Colorado and first time skiing for 5 of the 6 of us. This property was absolutely amazing. The location is center to everything, ski in ski out was awesome and so convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and definitely Steamboat Colorado!!! The staff was very helpful and attentive to any questions. I cannot be more pleased with this stay.

Steamboat Gem

Our stay was before and after Thanksgiving, with family. Comfortable property. Easy and stocked well, with initial firewood, spices, and kitchen basics were very helpful. No snow this weekend, but we did see two moose in the driveway.....kids highlight.

A great stay!

Ahh - fall in Steamboat is paradise, our favorite season for sure. Our iTrip stay was a great experience, from the original booking, superior communications, with iTrip staff, and their responsiveness and friendliness. We thoroughly enjoyed the townhome we stayed in and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the near future. All in all, a great stay in a great place.

Spacious place with beautiful views

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! We loved the easy access to trails as.well as the beautiful views! We also appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The layout of the townhouse allowed for plenty of separate space for all of us. Thanks for the wonderful getaway!
