We are the perfect spot for any stay with rooms available from 3 nights to 1 year! Quick getaway, summer internship, relocation and snowbirds- we host it all!

Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a King size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room, including a sleeper sofa for extra room, with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

The location was nice and easy to get around Scottsdale. The walking path was a bonus. The pool area was nice but a bit too small for the number of people staying at this property.

It Met Our Needs For A Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Upgrades to the outside amenities were great. The unit itself had a couple of "peculiarities", but nothing objectionable. We appreciated the locked gate at night. Though it temperatures were starting to climb, the AC for cooling the unit wasn't available until later into the season. It wasn't uncomfortable.

Tropical Paradise in the Middle of Scottsdale

The property here was beautiful. We stayed here for 10 weeks plus 1 day (we arrived early and was able to get into our unit.) We did not feel it was as clean as it should have been but....there was a vacuum and broom there so we cleaned it. The pool was wonderful, you never felt a chill when you got in. The hot tub was wonderful, very warm and the jets really massaged your back. Beautiful flowers and palm trees everywhere, birds singing, lush green grass, cute metal ornaments of cactus and flowers...very well kept up. Big area with lots of tables, chairs, lounge chairs, fireplace, large TV, yard games, tennis and pickle ball court. The walking/biking path right there was wonderful. Location was EXCELLENT for us. So easy to get to so many things. Laundry situation not the best, the housekeeping machines were evidently not working so they were using the tenant machines and was usually a hassle to get our laundry done. If you had a problem, they were prompt to take care of it, however, sometimes our problem was something that should have been taken care of long before we got there...but it did get fixed after we called. They did some special things - they threw a Super Bowl Party which was VERY nice and a Paint and Sip party where they pained pictures of cactus and sipped on whatever they wanted. Some people displayed them in their windows. The tenants were very friendly, everyone always introduced themselves and said where they were from. It was fun. We really hated to leave!!!

Communication with the host was good. Check in, which was after hours for us, went smoothly. The apartment had all the basics that we needed for our stay. The two beach towels were an added bonus as we did not think to pack ours. I appreciate that there was a king size bed, and it was comfortable. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. The variety of seating throughout the property was very nice. The pool area was somewhat small with limited seating, and the chairs filled up quickly.The property is older with signs of wear. However, this would not deter us from staying again.Overall, this was a great property which was reasonably priced.
