El barrio histórico de Woodlea es exuberante y verde. Nuestra casa se encuentra en un lote grande en este acogedor vecindario y contiene un edificio separado en la parte posterior que renovamos en 2016. Este apartamento tipo estudio tiene una cocina completa, un exquisito y moderno baño estilo centro turístico. Walk in closet. Lavadora secadora. Televisor LCD de 42 pulgadas. XBOX (muchos juegos, además se conecta a Hulu y Amazon Prime). Reproductor de DVD (con toneladas de películas en DVD disponibles en el apartamento. Y si no le gusta lo que tenemos, hay un Redbox a 0. 2 millas de distancia). ¡Biblioteca de lectura también!

El lote regresa a un callejón accesible para vehículos. Tendrá su propia entrada trasera privada a través de una puerta electrónica que le dará su propio lugar de estacionamiento privado, cubierto y seguro.

Perfect experience

This property is charming and well-stocked, the owners are wonderful, and conveniently located in relation to activities, delicious food, and more! Every need was anticipated in this property - and the owners were super gracious and friendly when we saw them. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Wonderful experience! Our hostess Sarah was the best. Property was very clean and well decorated and we loved the hot tub. Accommodations were excellent and the private, gated, covered parking was a bonus. The rain shower was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Phoenix!

The check-in process was simple. The property was very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Excellent!

My husband and I came here for our 1 year anniversary visiting from Seattle and we had the best time!! The cottage was so cute and cozy with everything would could need! Sarah and Noel were awesome hosts that made sure we had everything we needed or wanted and that we were having the best time! They even recommended places to eat/drink! We loved the hot tub and backyard!! And in such a great area with lots to do! I would highly recommend and would come here again

Amazing little spot in midtown

My college age daughter and I loved our stay here. It was clean and cozy and the pool was amazing. Sarah and family are sweet, kind hosts and so helpful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spa like and the kitchen was perfect. We had long days of moving my daughter into her apartment on GCU campus and this was the perfect retreat for a nap or at the end of day. We will return for sure!

Wonderful stay

The house was wonderful. We loved relaxing in the hot tub each night and walking around the cute neighborhood looking at all the different houses. We went for spring training games in Mesa and hiking in the Superstition Mountains, it was a great base for both. Sarah was very kind to greet us when when arrived and other than that we had all the privacy we wanted for our week away. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

It was easy to communicate with the owner, very responsive. Unfortunately I cut my stay short due to a problem with the water heater. But the pool is pretty and the security gate is great. The kitchen was made for tall people.

Everything We Expected ... and More

A great property with the best hosts. Noel and Sarah are amazing people. They made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. It was terrific getting to know them. The property was exactly what we wanted and needed after a trip to the Canyon. Everything we required --- and more --- was at the property. The security of our vehicle and the pool and hot tub were huge bonuses. The property was extremely close to a lot of great restaurants and bars, too. If you're hoping to stay at a great property in Phoenix, THIS is your place.

Private hideaway cottage

Enjoyed my 6 night stay at Woodlea. Very fortunate to have found this cottage at the last minute. Good communication with the owners. They live on the property but I only saw Sarah a couple of times and she was very friendly and extremely helpful. Solid, safe and comfortable space in a great, quiet neighborhood. I was in town for a conference at the convention center and found it an easy 15 minute drive. The unit has everything you need and more. Comfortable king size bed as well a spacious and modern bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommend!

Accommodations were really nice. It was spacious enough for just the two of us. The one and only knock is that the heat/AC was set to a program. We were in Phoenix during unseasonably cold weather. The overnight lows were in the 30's. We had the heat set before going to bed and then over night it would shut off based on a timer. Other than that the hosts were nice and responsive. The accommodations suited our needs.

The property had pigeon poop on all the seats around the pool, on the rim of the pool and in the pool. There was also a dead bird in the pool. The room was clean and lovely but the pool was terrible. I was swimming in the pool when the dead bird was found and a day later I was really sick and continued to be sick for a couple of days.

Perfect location, perfect host.

Woodlea is located in an historic neighborhood that is safe, well-taken of, and near many locations of interest. The cottage is spotless, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Sarah is an amazing hostess! Her knowledge of the area and recommendations for restaurants and areas of interest were spot-on. One of the best of VRBO!

Little gem

Woodlea was a perfect little spot. It is close to GCU campus- which was important to us. We felt safe, comfortable, and welcome. It is in the owners backyard… they are very hospitable and kind, and encourage use of their amenities- pool and fire pit. We greatly appreciated their hospitality.

Absolutely perfect!!!

Our only concern about this delightful guest house is “will it be available next time we want to rent it?!?!” It is exactly what we’ve been hoping to find: lodging as close as possible to our son & his family (who happen to live on the next block over). The Salts were always available for any questions or needs we had, and so gracious and friendly. We are looking forward to staying there again, and if it’s already booked, we may just have to change our travel dates to when it’s available!

Sarah and Noel are experienced Premier Partner VRBO hosts and we do everything we can to create an experience that provides a home away from home with a touch of luxury and style. We take feedback from our guests to continuously improve what we can. We want you to be comfortable during your stay. We have been hosting guests since 2016 and have been using vacation rentals for our own family vacations for over a decade. We leverage all that experience to create an exceptional stay for you.

We go out of our way to create comfortable luxury. Almost every guest is fully delighted to stay at The Woodlea Cottage. It is important to note that this is not a hotel and we do not have another house to move you to should something go wrong during your stay. We will, however, do everything in our power to fix the situation and if that is not possible will work with VRBO to help you find alternative arrangements. Also, as a personal home we expect our guests to treat the house as they would their personal home.

The pool is exquisite. Our home and the neighborhood, Woodlea, is beautiful, green, with large mature trees. A wonderfully walkable neighborhood central to Phoenix. The area is quiet and accommodating to get you anywhere around town you need to go. Whether you are heading downtown to cultural venues or sporting events or coming into town for the best Spring Training baseball on the planet, this is the place to be for your Phoenix vacation plans. The cottage was initially built out in 2016 and we periodically update and upgrade the furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. The pool was completed in 2022. We put attention to detail to ensure you have a delightful stay. Guests often say it is nicer and more spacious than they thought it would be.

You will have covered and secure parking with your own private gated entrance from the rear of the property. Brick patio with outdoor seating. Spectacular pool shared only with your hosts (Noel and Sarah). For inside accommodations we've tried to think of everything we and our guests would want to have for a stand-out vacation experience. We have booked many VRBO properties for our vacation stays. So, we appreciate the value and benefits that can come from being hosted by a family that cares and puts attention to detail.
