アスペンのダウンタウンにある家具付きの1ベッドルームマウンテンサイドコンドミニアムで、アスペンでくつろいでください！ 新しく改造されたプールとホットタブ！ 車は必要ありません。車がある場合は、心配しないでください。先着順で駐車場が追加料金なしで利用できます。 コンドミニアムは1階にあり、アクセスが簡単です。最近改装され、4人まで寝ることができます（キングベッドとクイーンスリーパーソファ）。 コンドミニアムは山間部にありますが、コンドミニアムの窓からの眺めはありません。

This condo is exactly what you need as a couple or small family looking for a convenient stay in the heart of Aspen. You can walk to the grocery from here or any restaurants / parks in town. The free public E-Bikes are just 2 blocks away at the main town bus stop as well. Place was clean and had plenty of towels and cooking utensils. TV had every channel you would need. Also very nice during sunset hours to take a short hike up the mountain behind the unit for amazing views. Will come back again!

Great stay! Close to downtown!

We loved our stay here. It was so early to walk downtown and to Hotel Jerome for a conference. Easy to find walking trails from and my son loved the pool. Hope to stay here again.

Great Location

We stayed for a wedding weekend. The location is perfect…didn’t need to use our car at all. Communication with the owner was timely. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this property was wonderful. Location is perfect--we never used our car because everything is within walking distance. The condominium was lovely, clean, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Cozy unit-great location

My stay was fantastic! Everything about my experience was outstanding from check in to check out. Host was extremely responsive and thorough in his communication and the unit was so cozy. My favorite was the huge comfortable bed and large shower. Definitely will stay here again.

Great condo in Aspen

Wonderful stay for 2 nights! Amazing communication from owners to provide everything we needed. Cozy small condo was great for us during our stay. Just up the hill from downtown so we walked everywhere. Hot tub was very nice in the complex.

Well appointed and comfortable accommodation in a great location. Very responsive host. We realized that we had left a phone charger after leaving and messaged Michael. He responded quickly with a new code for the door so we could retrieve it. Pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

I stayed here in Aspen from April 18–22 while traveling alone for work, and it was a great experience. The location is truly perfect—very close to the lifts and central to the main areas of town, yet still incredibly quiet. It made getting around easy while still offering a peaceful place to come back to after a long day.The building itself is very clean and well maintained, and the condo feels fresh and comfortable rather than dated. The owners are lovely and clearly attentive to the details that make a stay smooth and enjoyable.As someone staying alone, the space was perfect for me—cozy, private, and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made a big difference after busy days.The only small note is that the space could benefit from a bit more natural light. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Aspen.

Great find

Well appointed cozy one bedroom in amazing location in the heart of Aspen. Ideal for couples or small families noting it was comfortable for our party of three including our adult son. The owners were very responsive and helpful including addressing one minor maintenance issue. We would gladly rent again.

Great location

The number one advantage of this property is its location. The condominium is clean but a bit outdated and a dark interior with little natural light. We stayed 4 nights and were rarely there. The walkability to everything in town was the most important feature to us.

Cool and Comfortable

My husband and I came up to Aspen to do some cycling. This place was the perfect walking distance from everything we wanted or needed. It was comfortable, especially the bed and couch. It doesn’t get much light which also made it stay cool so I can take the trade off there. Overall we loved staying here and would stay again if available the next time we come to Aspen.

Weekend in Aspen

The place was perfect for 3 of us for a short vacation/remote working stay. The apartment was just what we needed and nice and cool since it was on the bottom floor despite it being warm out. Appreciated the host’s communication. Overall very lovely! The pool was a nice plus.
