Welcome to your private seaside retreat — a cozy one room , one-bath cottage just 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea fishing pier. We are self service boutique. We do not have an office and we do not provide refills on toilet paper after check in.

Each cottage in this charming complex is fully private, featuring its own gated yard and private entrance. Assigned parking is provided for one vehicle (off A1A).

Inside, you’ll find:
• Two comfortable double beds (sleeps up to 4people)
• A kitchenette with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials
• High-speed internet and air conditioning
• A beautiful private yard for outdoor relaxation

Coin laundry is available on-site (please ask for coins if needed).

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. Expect about a block and a half walk to the beach. Fenced courtyard for our unit was a lovely, welcoming space. The studio was clean, well appointed and made great use of a small space that had everything we needed for our short stay. Backing out of the parking space is a bit tricky given the busy street, and local drivers aren't patient. Host answered all of our questions promptly. Recommend highly for a few night stay where you want to be close to the action.

Hidden gem of a place!
