Spacious 1,400 square foot skier's paradise just a 4-minute walk to the lift and Main Street with gorgeous, panoramic view of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Mountain Range to the West from third-floor living area with floor-to-ceiling windows the full length of the unit, with vaulted ceilings and large private balcony. Mountain views also from both main floor bedrooms and East balconies. This exceptional, three-bedroom (including large loft), three-full bath condominium has been totally redecorated with decorator paint, knotty-pine doors & trim, beautiful top-of-the-line furnishings, lighting, and original artwork in a mountain lodge style. The living room has a leather sofa, custom built Lazy Boy swivel rocker/recliner under lodge-style ceiling fan, and knotty pine entertainment center. Dining room seats 8-10 under gorgeous antler chandelier, and kitchen island seats 4. We have the quietest dishwasher you have never not heard. We sleep 10 people in beds plus 2 more in twin sofa sleepers, blow-up airbeds also available.

All the mattresses are top-of-the-line products. Both main floor bedrooms have Simmons Beautyrest, pillowtop, independent coil system Queen mattresses. All sleeping areas have beautiful high-end, color-coordinated comforters, pillow shams, and throw pillows.

-- The larger master bedroom, The Pine Room, has two solid pine Queen sleigh beds, night stands, love seat with twin sleeper, and a decorator armoire with a 50" HD "smart" internet TV with easy access to your Netflix or similar account.

--The smaller master bedroom (yet still quite large compared to most condos) we call The Aspen Room. This beautiful room has custom-made aspen log furniture throughout including a Queen bed, nightstands, dressers, and a love seat with twin sleeper and small flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.

--The large loft is especially loved by kids with matching pine furniture throughout, two hypoallergenic twin mattresses in a semi-private bedroom with three walls and no door, and a queen size bed in the loft area open to the living area below.

"The Lift" condo complex, in the heart of Breckenridge, is a short, easy 4 minute walk to the Peak 9 Super-Six Quicksilver chairlift, Maggie Pond, and "The Village". Four-minute walk to Main Street, the Riverwalk, Lacima Mall, The Breckenridge Brewery, and all the popular restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station.

Gourmet cook kitchen includes a dozen or more wine glasses, 3 fondue sets, electric skillet, large crock-pot with 2 inserts, electric hand mixer with attachments, electric blender, electric can opener, toaster oven, 4 & 12 cup coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, electric rice cooker, 2 waffle irons, double boiler, thermal coffee pitcher, filtered water pitcher, bagel slicer, numerous cutting boards, meat thermometer, barbecue grilling skillet & utensils, 16-place setting of dishes, and we usually have a good selection of staples, condiments, spices, etc.. Bathrooms include 3 hair dryers, 3 magnifying makeup mirrors (1 in each bath), nightlights, large beach/pool/hot tub towels. Each room has its own thermostatically-controlled hot water baseboard heat. The living room and the two main-floor bedrooms each have their own flatscreen TV, full bathroom, and balcony. Gas fireplace. Covered parking. Free shuttle bus stop one block away. Convenience does not get better than this!

This versatile condominium appeals to groups and families who want to enjoy their Breckenridge experience together. The condominium includes a large living area and adjacent kitchen, a large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas, two unusually large bedrooms on the main floor, three full bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. The mountain-facing private balcony has 3 tables, 6 chairs, and a gas grill. The balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sun or gather before departing for your favorite activity.

We also have snow sleds in the ski locker on the ground floor, some children's toys, and a large selection of board games, books, and DVDs.

Two indoor hot tubs, two outdoor tubs (up to 20 people in one!), and a heated pool are all in the nearby courtyard a block away. The pool area has private shower rooms and free lockers for your convenience. The winter pool and hot tub season opens and closes with the Breckenridge ski resort. For the Summer, the pool and hot tubs are usually open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Jeff is a PSIA-Certified Ski Instructor that specializes in private lessons for adults and children. Please book your lessons in advance! Jeff is also a community activist, trainer, educator, and consultant in government financial management and accountability, performance measurement, the environment, climate change, and public policy research and analysis. Roxy is a retired bank examiner & housing inspector. We grew up in the Denver area and live there when not at their Breckenridge place or enjoying travels with fiends and family. We were both born in Ohio, and are both business graduates of the University of Colorado. We were high school sweethearts and have been married over 40 years. We especially enjoy the company of our extended family, particularly our wonderful nieces and nephews.

We taught our whole extended family to ski at this resort, many of them from the time they could walk. Breckenridge was recently chosen by U.S. News & World Report as the #2 small town to visit in America, winter or summer! We chose our condo in 2004, after looking at every condo complex in town, because it has a spectacular view of the slopes and 10-Mile Range that cannot be duplicated anywhere within walking distance of both the lifts and Main Street. Huge condo, fabulous views, perfect location! This condo is everything you could want in a mountain getaway! With 3 bedrooms and two pullout couches, there is plenty of room for a large family or a bunch of friends. The pictures do not do a justice to just how close you are to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge! It was an easy walk to the heart of the slopes and the lifts, as well as many restaurants and shops downtown. This condo was recently remodeled with an updated kitchen, flat screen TV, a gas grill, and very comfortable beds. The owners definitely thought ahead by providing towels, toiletries, and extra blankets. The addition of the heated ski locker at the bottom of the stairs is a wonderful convenience as we could leave everything downstairs and not clutter up the condo with skis, poles, and ski boots. The condo also has a heated pool and several hot tubs to help your body recover after a long day of skiing. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this condo next year! The VRBO Bear

Just Like Home!

Eight family members spent three nights and loved everything about this well equipped and comfortable condo. The view is amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and the three full baths gave us plenty of room. The games, puzzles and movies were abundant - we just wish we had more time to utilize them. The owners responded quickly to inquiries prior to check-in and we had no need to contact them during our stay. If you are looking for a 5-Star luxury resort then spend 5 times as much and go to the Hyatt. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, clean, well equipped home-like place to enjoy all that is Breckenridge, you can't go wrong. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Views, Walking distance to center of town and lift

We visited the home for a ski trip weekend among 5 adults. The home was clean the views were unbelievable and the description was exactly what we experienced. Walked to center of town every night for dinner, walked to lift 9 every morning. Can’t wait to return back and the owners were very responsive and proactive to ensure that our experience was great.

Fun trip

The condo is very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Our family of 7 had plenty of bed space. It was stocked with everything the kitchen, shampoo, toilet paper, lotion, hair dryers, soap, towels. Jeff was very helpful and gave quick responses. Check in and out were easy. The hot tubs were good and just a short walk. Ski storage was great.

This condo is on the third floor, with the main floor being zero and no elevator. The walk to the lift was about 10-15 minutes. Next time, I would pay to store my skis at the Quicksilver lift. Also, the loft is accessed by a ladder, which would not be suitable for elderly.

Overall, a great family bonding trip. Thank you!
