Why Go to Breckenridge?
#2 in Best Small Towns to Visit in the USA
Sure, you'll find plenty of fellow powder hounds on the slopes of nearby ski resorts along with stunning mountain vistas year-round, but this Colorado town also packs a historic punch thanks to its 19th-century gold rush roots.
Settled in 1859, Breckenridge retains the same Victorian-era charm it did during the height of the gold rush. Its down-to-earth family-friendly atmosphere has also endured its transformation from a silver- and gold-mining town to one of the country's most beloved skiing destinations. What's more, Breck – as it's called by locals – is a quick drive from other popular Colorado destinations, including Vail, which is 40 miles northwest, and Denver, which is 80 miles northeast.
Winter days in Breck are defined by runs on the Tenmile Range and nights spent refueling at downtown restaurants and bars – not to mention a collection of breweries and even a distillery. In the summer, winter sports are replaced with hiking and cycling. But no matter the season, the majesty of a Breckenridge sunset and star-studded night sky is a wonder to behold – and worth coming back to year after year.

We especially enjoy the company of our extended family, particularly our wonderful nieces and nephews.

Why Jeff & Roxy Hart chose Warrior's Mark
We have lived in Colorado most of our lives, and searched for many years for the perfect location for both winter and summer sports. We chose Breckenridge because we started skiing here in 1969, it is a 'real' town, with 'real' permanent residents, and has a mining history dating back to 1859. We taught our whole extended family to ski at this resort, many of them from the time they could walk. Breckenridge was recently chosen by U.S. News & World Report as the #2 small town to visit in America, winter or summer! http://travel.usnews.com/rankings/best-small-towns-in-the-usa/ We chose our condo in 2004, after looking at every condo complex in town, because it has a spectacular view of the slopes and 10-Mile Range that cannot be duplicated anywhere within walking distance of both the lifts and Main Street. Be sure to watch our updated 30-minute narrated video tour of our condo & neighborhood!
What makes this Condo unique
Our guests always comment on the spectacular panoramic mountain view of the resort, the convenient location, the beautiful mountain furnishings and decor, the spaciousness, and the amazingly well-stocked kitchen! It is also probably the quietest and most solid condo building in town as it has pre-stressed concrete walls (covered with drywall inside), floors (carpeted and tiled), and ceilings.

Everything was great.
Great location and set up!
Easy walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Well furnished to accommodate a crowd and an amazingly well- stocked kitchen. Loved the heated locker room on the ground floor.
Beautiful Views, Walking distance to center of town and lift
We visited the home for a ski trip weekend among 5 adults. The home was clean the views were unbelievable and the description was exactly what we experienced. Walked to center of town every night for dinner, walked to lift 9 every morning. Can’t wait to return back and the owners were very responsive and proactive to ensure that our experience was great.
The condo is very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Our family of 7 had plenty of bed space. It was stocked with everything needed...in the kitchen, shampoo, toilet paper, lotion, hair dryers, soap, towels. Jeff was very helpful and gave quick responses. Check in and out were easy. The hot tubs were good and just a short walk. Ski storage was great.
This condo is on the third floor, with the main floor being zero and no elevator. The walk to the lift was about 10-15 minutes. Next time, I would pay to store my skis at the Quicksilver lift. Also, the loft is accessed by a ladder, which would not be suitable for elderly.
Overall, a great family bonding trip. Thank you!
Beautiful condo. More than fully stocked and clean. Comfy beds.
We have 11 people ages 2 to 42 in this xondo
Just Like Home!
Eight family members spent three nights and loved everything about this well equipped and comfortable condo. The view is amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and the three full baths gave us plenty of room. The games, puzzles and movies were abundant - we just wish we had more time to utilize them. The owners responded quickly to inquiries prior to check-in and we had no need to contact them during our stay. If you are looking for a 5-Star luxury resort then spend 5 times as much and go to the Hyatt. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, clean, well equipped home-like place to enjoy all that is Breckenridge, you can't go wrong. We will definitely return.
Thank you, thank you for such a nice review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay in our home. We want our place to feel comfortable so our guests can enjoy themselves.
