Spacious 1,400 square foot skier's paradise just a 4-minute walk to the lift and Main Street with gorgeous, panoramic view of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Mountain Range from third-floor living area with floor-to-ceiling windows the full length of the unit, with vaulted ceilings and large private balcony. This exceptional, three-bedroom (including large loft), three-full bath condominium has been totally redecorated with decorator paint, new knotty-pine doors & trim, beautiful top-of-the-line furnishings, lighting, and artwork in a mountain lodge style. The living room has a leather sofa, custom built Lazy Boy swivel rocker/recliner under lodge-style ceiling fan, and knotty pine entertainment center. Dining room seats 8-10 under gorgeous antler chandelier, and kitchen island seats 4. We have the quietest dishwasher you have never not heard. We sleep 10 people in beds plus 2 more in twin sofa sleepers.

All the mattresses are top-of-the-line products. Both main floor bedrooms have Simmons Beautyrest, pillowtop, independent coil system Queen mattresses. All sleeping areas have beautiful high-end, color-coordinated comforters, pillow shams, and throw pillows.

-- The larger bedroom, The Pine Room, has two solid pine Queen sleigh beds, night stands, love seat with twin sleeper, and a decorator armoire with a 50' HD 'smart' internet TV with easy access to your Netflix or similar account.

--The smaller bedroom (yet still quite large compared to most condos) we call The Aspen Room. This beautiful room has custom-made aspen log furniture throughout including a Queen bed, nightstands, dressers, and a love seat with twin sleeper.

--The large loft is especially loved by kids with matching pine furniture throughout, two hypoallergenic twin mattresses in a semi-private bedroom with three walls and no door, and a queen size bed in the loft area open to the living area below.

"The Lift" condo complex, in the heart of Breckenridge, is a short easy 4 minute walk to the Peak 9 Super-Six Quicksilver chairlift, Maggie Pond, and 'The Village'. Four-minute walk to Main Street, the Riverwalk, Lacima Mall, The Breckenridge Brewery, and all the popular restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station.

Upgraded kitchen. Each room has its own thermostatically-controlled hot water baseboard heat. The living room and the two main-floor bedrooms each have their own flatacreen TV, full bathroom, and balcony. Gas fireplace. Covered parking. Free shuttle bus stop one block away. Convenience does not get better than this!

This versatile condominium appeals to groups and families who want to enjoy their Breckenridge experience together. The condominium includes a large living area and adjacent kitchen, a large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas, two unusually large bedrooms on the main floor, three full bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. The mountain-facing private balcony has 3 tables, 6 chairs, and a gas grill. The balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sun or gather before departing for your favorite activity.

Two indoor hot tubs, two outdoor tubs (up to 20 people in one!), and a heated pool are all in the nearby courtyard a block away. The pool area has private shower rooms and free lockers for your convenience. The winter pool and hot tub season opens and closes with the Breckenridge ski resort. For the Summer, the pool and hot tubs are usually open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

We have lived in Colorado most of our lives, and searched for many years for the perfect location for both winter and summer sports. We chose Breckenridge because it is a 'real' town, with 'real' permanent residents, and has a mining history dating back to 1859. We chose our condo, after looking at every condo complex in town, because it has a spectacular view of the slopes and 10-Mile Range that cannot be duplicated anywhere within walking distance of both the lifts and Main Street.

Great family vacation!

Perfect family get away! Beautiful views and our teen and up kids could all be independent with the close walk to skiing and downtown. The Harts were super responsive to any questions. The skiing was gorgeous!

Awesome Guy's Ski Trip

The condo was terrific - slept 6 middle-aged guys in own beds comfortably, with enough extra beds and pullouts for a couple more guys to stay, all with own beds. Had all the creature comforts one could hope for in a home away from home - well stocked kitchen, comfortable lounging and dining areas, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of hooks to dry damp ski clothes, wifi and cable, great views of the mountains, nice outdoor balcony/seating area (it was mild for ski season), etc. Plenty of towels - for in-condo use, as well as beach towels for the pool/hot tubs; fresh/clean linens for all the beds. The owners were available and attentive to our requests, in advance as well as during the stay. Walk to/from Maggie was short - we stored our ski gear there, vs. dragging in to/from condo (a huge plus). Condo is very close to to Main Street restaurants/bars/shopping (no driving necessary!). Only (small) negative - this condo is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are a bit challenging on old knees after a long day of skiing. We knew this going in, and it wasn't an issue. So - FIVE STARS and TWO BIG THUMBS UP for this property ... it's a gem.

Excellent Breckenridge choice for a large family.

This unit was very nicely decorated, and convenient to slopes and downtown. The beds were comfortable. The unit has everything, including a great view of the mountain and slopes.

Very Nice.

Overall this is a fine condo. Having to walk up to the 3rd floor makes things a bit more of a challenge, but also makes for really nice views! The walk to the slopes was also a bit longer than we thought, but again, not a big issue. Everything was clean and in working order...except no brush to clean the grill! (Owner recommends using foil??) I also didn't realize the 3rd bedroom was a loft...maybe I didn't read the details of the description? Owners were very prompt to respond to any questions/concerns.

Awesome condo!

This condo is great. It's very clean and has everything you need. It has plenty of space and awesome views of the surrounding mountains. It is really close to town (2-3 minute walk) so no need to move the car once it's parked. The owners are super friendly and easy to work with. We had such a blast! We would stay here again!

Great location. short walk to the slopes and Main street. The kids used the pool/hot tub everyday and enjoyed it!
