Location was great. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The parking is tight if all units are rented and you have a large vehicle, which was the case during our stay. However, the rental staff were able to quickly arrange for us to park at an adjacent vacant unit.

Great Location for a Visit to Tybee Island

This condo has great ocean views and is just steps away from most everything at Tybee. The covered parking is a big plus.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Tybee….the location of this condo was perfect for racing back from the beach or shopping when the afternoon thunderstorms rolled in! lol! My friends and I will definitely stay here again. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 overall was because it did not seem as clean as it could be HOWEVER that did not stop our fun! Thanks for everything!

Great location, very nice condo

An awesome location with a very nice condo. Everything was clean and check in/out was very easy. If you're a light sleeper, I highly recommend bringing a white noise machine.

Close to the beach

We were just steps to the beach, which was great. The only thing bad about our stay was the people upstairs. The man walked like he was stomping all hours. But for the condo it was nice. We had an issue with the faucet in the kitchen and they send someone right away and fixed it.

Beach Vacation

This place was wonderful! The location was perfect! Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. The porch had a perfect view of the sunrise if you didn't want to walk down to the beach. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome location to the beach . Very nice walk to new by restaurants. The family that stayed above us were extremely loud until after midnight every night .

Great location!!

Spring break w my college age children. Great memories made. Perfect size condo for us. Ocean view was breathtaking. Porch swing was comfy. Kitchen had all perks. Parking is tight so bring a smaller vehicle. Other than that would stay here a million times over.

Very pleasant stay!!!!

The unit was exactly as the pictures showed! Excellent location! Beautiful decor that made the place feel so comfortable! The queen mattress does need changing though! It was horrible to sleep on! The master toilet was stopped up upon arrival, but we called and someone was there to fix it in less than 30 minutes! Awesome! However, that was not enough to give this less than a 5! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, short walk to the beach

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach! The condo was well stocked, neat and orderly. But, we noticed that the floors were not clean. We called the management office and they quickly refunded the cleaning deposit. The listing states that the condo sleeps 6. There's 1 king bed, and 1 queen. The living room does not have a sleeper sofa. We called the management office again and they explained that there was an inflatable mattress in one of the closets. Maintenance came by and showed us how to inflate it. It was comfortable, but it took up the entire living room. Other than those 2 issues, we had a great trip and would rent from the agency again.

Colorful Island Condo

Well furnished, brightly colored apartment. As close to the beach as you can get in this location. 30 second walk to sand and sea. Screened porch has partially obscured view of ocean and dunes. Restaurant with upper decks overlooking ocean just a half block away. Shops nearby. Kitchen is completely stocked with any cooking or baking items you need. Parking is tight, max 2 cars and not big ones but this was disclosed in description. I would definitely rent this place again.
