Great for a family with large age difference

We booked the entire property for our family’s first leg of vacation. The older kids were able to have privacy and us parents/grandparent/younger teen were able to have peace. The property was everything expected and a large yard to congregate as a family. The location is centrally located which was good for a base. The owner was attentive and had great communication!

Excelente!!!

Desde el momento que estábamos buscando lugar para quedarnos la persona encargada de la casa fue muy amable. El lugar es excelente, muy bien equipado, un patio muy acogedor, limpio, muy buena localización. La distancia a los lugares icónicos de la ciudad no era mayor de 20 min. Recomendado 100%!!!

Miami Fun!

What a hidden gem! The neighborhood is a little sketchy (but all of Miami is pockets of run down areas ) however the house itself and the backyard were Awesome! We celebrated my husband’s 40th Bday here. The backyard is like a bohemian style adult playground with plenty of room for games and lots of social lounge areas (we brought giant Jenga and a dominos table). We all felt like we were at our own hipster lounge/bar. Great place to host a party or gathering. The inside of the house was small but cute and very clean and she supplied everything you could ever need (even a Bluetooth speaker you can use). Lots of thoughful touches through out our stay. The decor was Art Deco and very Miami, so we felt like we were on vacation. Wynwood was a $5 Uber ride away and there were lots of shops walking distance away. Mafe was so sweet and such a welcoming host. We truly enjoyed our weekend there. Highly recommend for an “adult” weekend away in Miami! We will be back, but this time for a girls weekend!

Awesome visit

Mafe was very hospitable and gave us a warning welcome. She is very reasonable with check in and check out times as well, if she is able to work with you and she can give grace. I would recommend her and her beautiful home to anyone.

Nice home. Ideal for larger group as it has 2 separate entrances for home infront and home in the back. Location you are steps away from art district and luxury shopping. Neighborhood is getting more gentrified.

An adorable duplex!

This house was perfect for two families. We were in town for a wedding and it was great to have two connected but separate spaces. Everything was clean and new with beautiful, modern furnishings. The backyard was big and had some nice furniture and the kids loved running around in it. But there’s no grass or dirt or paving in the backyard. It is entirely covered in pieces of carpet and rug. I made sure the kids always had shoes. The neighborhood is run down but there are some houses that have been renovated and looked nice (like this house). We didn’t have any problems with the neighbors and it was quite day and night. A few blocks away are some high end shops and cafes. And it was very conveniently located. The host was amazing and always available if we had a question or needed something. Checking in and out was easy and simple. Overall, a great stay.

I have a very deep appreciation for the people and environments that I come into contact with, and try to give the best of me in each in very moment. I love dogs, and at home I have one lovely Schnauzer. The little one often accompanies me in my travel adventures.
