Le barbecue à gaz Webber a été acheté pour la saison 2018.

À quelques pas de la plage! Prùs des rochers pour la chasse au crabe. À distance de marche de tout ce que Hampton a à offrir!

Grande unitĂ© a 5 chambres Ă  coucher, deux cuisines et deux salles de bain. Assez grand pour s'Ă©tirer et mettre toute la famille Ă  l'aise. Les groupes multigĂ©nĂ©rationnels apprĂ©cieront la mise en place. Le niveau infĂ©rieur se compose de 3 chambres, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Chambre 1, lits superposĂ©s jumeaux, chambre 2 un lit king size, chambre 3, deux lits jumeaux. Les lĂšve-tĂŽt seraient heureux ici oĂč le soleil du matin brille dans le salon. Le premier Ă©tage a Ă©galement un canapĂ©-lit complet avec un canapĂ© qui ne se retire pas.

A l'étage a deux chambres, la chambre 1 a un lit complet, la chambre 2 a des lits jumeaux, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle. Ceux qui aiment dormir seraient loin de l'agitation du rez-de-chaussée.

Cette propriété possÚde une cour clÎturée pour assurer la sécurité des petits. En plus d'un nouveau barbecue à gaz, il y a des tables de pique-nique avec des parasols.

Place meet all our needs. It was hust what we needed. Very few places in Hampton Beach have a back yard which makes this property special.

Mary and Dennis are great hosts, easy access to them if needed. The house was great and the location was on the quiet end of the beach which we liked. The house fit all 11 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Liked it so much we already booked it for next year. See you in July 2026

Consistently Great Family Place to Stay at Hampton

We always seem to find something new to enjoy about this house as our family changes and grows! Mary is so quick and responsive and kind and the place is always so welcoming when we come! My husband's family has been going to Hampton for almost a 100 years now (something like five generations). We really appreciate having a place like this to help us build new and keep old traditions!

Our stay on Q St. was amazing. We had 11 guys on a golf trip and the house accommodated us perfectly. The backyard was key! Perfect for grilling and Cornhole. Everything was walking distance from the house. Mary was a pleasure to deal with along the way. We are looking forward to making this an annual trip!

Great place!

We had a great time on our trip. We stayed at the house for a full week in June. The house was clean and cozy. The walk to the beach was super short, about 2 blocks. The owners were staying in the basement floor unit for the end of our week and they were very nice and kept to themselves. The backyard is fenced in which is amazing for this area, however, it had an opening to go out to the driveway so the older kids were able to enjoy the backyard without being supervised the whole time but my 3-year-old wasn't able to go outside without an adult. We would definitely consider booking at this house again. We had a great time.

Great for families

It was a great place for our family. There were plenty of beds for all of us and the cottage was just a short walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the shops and arcades.

Large house convenient to everything!

House was large enough to fit 11 adults comfortably, and had all the amenities we needed. Less than 5 mins to walk to the beach, and also a short walk to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 10 min walk from the property. Excellent location!

Great week at Hampton!

We had a great stay at this home. The owners were so responsive and kind and we had plenty of room!! So great having 2 entire "apartments" connected in one home! Betty, was also so wonderful and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

The property was great, the location was excellent. Just far away from all the walking and car traffic. Mary couldn't of been more accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we seem to need. I would definitely return.

Great house, great location!!!!

This house is a great value with being close to the beach, located at a super convenient location and one of the best layouts! The separate floors with two kitchens make it perfect for grandparents and all of their grandchildren to celebrate the summer. The hosts are awesome and super responsive! Thank you so much for continuing with our family tradition of making memories at Hampton Beach (for five generations now !!!)

Convenient location

The property was perfect for what we planned. We had family and extended family over various nights of the week. The yard was wonderful for the children and having barbecues. The location was perfect to get out too busy areas quickly but Retreat back to quiet when we were ready. The owners were very responsive and any were taken care of immediately. We had a great time!

HB Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and was all that was advertised. The back yard area is very unusual for this beach town and was well kept. We had a small problem that was essentially unavoidable and the owner could not have anticipated. The owners responded as quickly as possible. The bottom line we have already reserved this place for next year so I would say that we were very happy.

Good spot

Stayed with 7 other 40+ adults and ran the half marathon in the morning that goes right by the house. Perfect spot for that! One bedroom didn't have a door, and the neighboring houses/apartments were VERY close. Might pose a challenge if you had young kids that needed to be asleep early. Wasn't a problem for us.

We have vacationed in Hampton for several years now. When we saw this property available we just couldn't resist. There is nothing like being with grandchildren at the beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We think this property is the ideal location. Just a quick walk to the sandy beach! Close to everything Hampton has to offer yet not in the mangle of traffic near the public parking. Q St is the first left after the road splits. Before you know it you'll be checking in!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Fenced in private yard! A rare find in Hampton. Grill outdoors and enjoy the weather! Picnic tables are provided, as is the grill. Two floors gives a big family some privacy with 2 kitchens and 2 baths, 2 televisions. You can be close, but not too close.
