Así que traiga a su familia a la playa y disfrute de las comodidades de esta nueva casa de playa de 3 pisos ubicada a solo 1 cuadra de North Beach en su propio camino privado.
El salón principal tiene una planta abierta w / a plena comer en la cocina, una barra de desayuno que acomoda el asiento ocasional para 4 y un comedor que cuenta con una mesa grande de familia que tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente. El salón tiene un porche cubierto y medio baño. ¡En la cocina, disfrutarás de la salida del sol de la mañana completa durante tu café y hermosas puestas de sol sobre el estanque por la noche!
Arriba hay 3 dormitorios, cada uno w / su propio punto de vista hermosa. El dormitorio principal con baño privado, cama tamaño queen y su propio porche cubierto privado con vista al estanque.
Las 2 habitaciones frontales tienen vistas espectaculares del océano, 1 cama queen y la otra una cama doble y una litera. Ambos comparten un gran baño familiar con una combinación de bañera y ducha.

¡Hay una escalera de caracol que te lleva hasta la sala sky / loft que tiene las vistas más espectaculares del océano y el estanque en cualquier momento durante el día! Cuenta con una cama queen w / almacenamiento y un área de entretenimiento / sala de estar separada. Un gran lugar para pasar el rato para los niños o un espacio extra para dormir / privado para adultos.

Sólo empacar su maleta y todo lo demás va a estar aquí esperando por ti! Una cocina completamente equipada; Utensilios de cocina, vidrio y vajilla, licuadora, cafetera, tostadora y olla de barro. También incluye un paquete extenso de cable, WI-FI, ropa de cama, toallas de baño y playa, lavadora y secadora, plancha, tablas de surf, un surtido de juguetes de playa, sillas de playa y refrigeradores, parrilla y ducha exterior para enjuagar la arena. ... todo lo que necesitas en la playa!

Hampton Beach

The condo is a short walk to a very nice beach, and a few miles from the boardwalk with arcades and shops, which was nice for the teenagers in the family. There was a free country music concert on Tuesday and fireworks on Wednesday.The house was very nice and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels and blankets.

Witches Way

We stayed here for a week. We had a lot of rain, but had plenty to do. Lots of things for the kids to do, also, Polly had lots of family games. The Condo was immaculate upon arrival and the amenities went far & beyond. First house we rented in 10 years that had great mattresses on each bed! We loved our stay! Hope to return! The Deegans

Great accommodating house and location!

The house is maintained very well with all the amenities for a great stay. We loved how the kitchen is the first level and the bedrooms where on the second and third level. The views are nice because you can see the beach wall from the front of the house and marshes out the back. The open kitchen and living area are perfect for family time. The seating in the kitchen is ideal for eating and conversation. All the bedrooms are very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of bath towels. The owner is very accessible if there are any issues.

Thoughtful comfort near the ocean

Polly’s home in Hampton, NH, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care she’s put into making the space welcoming and easy to navigate. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with both equipment and essentials, making it a breeze to cook and enjoy meals together. Thoughtful labels throughout the house helped us quickly find what we needed and understand how things worked—everything from light switches to house expectations was clearly and kindly marked. Just a short walk to the beach, the location made it easy to soak in the ocean air and beautiful views. A truly lovely stay in a well-loved home.

Fantastic house near the beach

We had a great time at Polly’s beach house! My youngest is 5 and she had no trouble walking to the beach whenever we wanted to go - it’s within a 5 minute walk. The beach cart made it so easy to bring what we needed. Will definitely stay again - love the open floor plan and having breakfast in the colorful dining area.

Great Family Vacation

Polly’s house was the perfect stay for us! She is close to the beach, has all the amenities, and is extremely friendly! She checked in with us several times! We would highly recommend a stay there. We look forward to next year!

Views, Location, Everything you need

This was a wonderful place for our family (6 adults, 1 teen, and a 2-year-old) to vacation together. The location is spectacular--quiet and scenic, yet close to the beach. The decks overlooking the pond were a beautiful place to watch the sunset and enjoy the bird life. This house is very well equipped with anything you might need in the kitchen, all things for the beach, as well as a pack'n'play and high chair for the little one. Polly is a highly responsive and helpful host, wanting happy guests, and doing everything possible to support us. Thank you, Polly, for your wonderful hospitality!

Perfect place and space!

We needed a spot for my husband and I and our adult children with spouses/significant others to be able to enjoy the beach, visit with each other, and use as home base as we gathered to attend some family events in the Merrimack Valley. This was perfect in all ways. Polly was a clear communicator, always very considerate of our comfort and our needs. The rooms are large and well-appointed and the housekeeping was excellent. The kitchen is efficiently organized, including an extra large dining table where we could comfortably fit for full group breakfasts and late-night snacks, and we could not think of one thing that we might reach for in our own homes that we did not easily find there. This was an awesome find, for an unforgettable and precious family weekend.

July 4th vacation get away.

Polly’s rental is clean, spacious and close to the beach. There is ample space for our family which included 6 adults. The rear balconies provide great views of the salt marsh.

Great house and great location!!

We had 9 people on our family vacation! This house was a great fit. It was a very short walk to the beach. The kids loved the huge waves! It was only a short drive to the boardwalk which was a nice break from the beach! The house was very clean and Polly made sure we had a great time!!

Great Getaway

We stayed with two families. Enough room for all. Very clean , beds were comfortable with nice sheets, great view of the marsh, quiet street, great location. Polly was very nice and quick to respond to email and text!

Great beach house in a wonderful location

Wonderful house in a great location. Everything we could want in a beach house for our family of 6. We did have an issue with fire alarms going off 3 times in the middle of the night and twice during the day but it seemed to be one faulty smoke detector which could be quite easily resolved. The owner was active in helping to understand the problem. It truly is a wonderful spot and we would absolutely return.

Great house! Great host! Wonderful location, too.

We just spent a few days over Thanksgiving. The space is big enough for a large family to spread out. Fully equipped kitchen and nice touches throughout the house. Kids wanted to move in! I must admit, when our time was up, I was sad to leave. Would like to see in the summer, too. Serene spot with nice views. Polly is a great host, very thoughtful.

Clean, comfortable, inviting

We loved our stay in Polly’s beach house! Great place to rent for a surfer...short walk to the beach. We stayed off-season, but found plenty to do...day trips to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery outlets. The owner, Polly, was easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made us feel welcome in her beach home. The place was clean, spacious for extended family, yet cozy. Kitchen was well equipped, and the house had all the basics we needed. I loved sunny mornings, sipping coffee and viewing the ocean. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Great beach stay in North Hampton

We stayed with 7 adults and although a couple of the bedrooms are on the smaller size we had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. The owner, Polly is very attentive and easy to get a hold of for any needs we had or questions. The unit is well equipped and has plenty of beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. The decks in back are a nice quiet area to enjoy coffee In the morning or a glass of wine in the evening after a full day of sightseeing or hanging out at the beach. The place is clean and on a quiet street close to an ice cream store and restaurant with live music The more lively area of Hampton beach is a bit of a walk but doable I would stay again and recommend to others

(View report @ MSNB.com) So, by far this is the best location on the whole Seacoast, situated in a private setting with beautiful ocean views and only Meadow Pond and wildlife behind you.. You feel isolated, yet less than a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach-North Beach ! The quiet end !
