Comfortable quiet home in a great location

We spent over 3 months here, Jan-mid April 2023, and it really felt like home. The house was spacious, well-organized, and stocked with everything we needed, even lots of spices for cooking. On arrival, everything was ready and the binder of information was very helpful. Wifi speed is excellent and lots of channels available on all 3 TV's. The location is excellent - we could walk to Westworld for the Barrett-Jackson car auctions, or the Arabian Horse Show and the Phoenix Open golf tournament has buses running to the course from the same lot. Also close to groceries and other day-to-day shopping.Our favorite activity was hiking in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve which is very close by.

Spring Training

Outstanding property. We were in Phoenix for golf, spring baseball and casino. The home was in a prime location for our trip. A clean and very comfortable home. Would definitely rent again on our next trip.

Perfect location, beautiful house, great owners.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house had all of the amenities you would need, comfortable beds, and a beautiful backyard. We loved all of the board games they provided and beach towels. We visited the community center every day and loved that we could walk there with the kids. Such a memorable trip and we hope to stay here again!

Meets all of our needs

Relaxing in the Sun!

The house was well decorated and maintained. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and wine in the evening. Easter brunch at Eddie V's was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Was so disappointed about the pool m hot tub

House was nice. But Ad was so misleading. I called n was told pool was heated n there was a hot tub. U had to go so far to the community center. I would have chosen a hotel if I had known

Hi Marlene, We are sorry for any confusion regarding the property’s amenities! We strive to be transparent with our travelers at every step of the booking process, and do note throughout the listing that community amenities include a heated pool and jacuzzi. We have never marketed the owner’s private pool as heated, but we do understand your disappointment. The community center is a 10 minute walk from the property and includes amenities not found in hotels, including pickleball courts and hiking trails! Beautiful home, incredibly clean, great location!

The home was perfect for our long weekend in Scottsdale. We received great communication every step of the way that helped us feel at home. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make meals for our group. We were impressed by the overall cleanliness and accessible towels and extra blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the pool and a wonderful pool-side patio with outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill. The location was great for quick access to all Scottsdale had to offer.

Outstanding Home and Hosts!

The hosts went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful holiday experience! Perfect for a family, centrally located, walking trails, community center and golf! Highly recommend!
