Troon North Golf Club, one of North Scottsdale’s crown jewels, stands as the hallmark of the desert golf experience. Giant granite boulders lie strewn across the rugged landscape in the high Sonoran Desert in the shadows of Pinnacle Peak minutes from fine dining at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Primary renter must meet a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, provide all contact information at booking including name, phone and email address.
No events are not allowed.
Dogs are allowed with owner approval.
The pet fee is $200 per pet.
Children are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Must fully complete, sign and return the rental agreement within 5 days of booking request to confirm a reservation or it is subject to cancellation.
Parties and commercial use are strictly prohibited.

Golf Vacation

This was our first stay at a VRBO home and what a great experience!! The home was very nice and well appointed. The pool was perfect for the June weather and the putting green a nice way to get ready for the courses! The neighborhood was quiet and but close to restaurants, grocery, shopping and gas station. The owners couldn't have been easier to work with. We will definitely want to stay here when we travel back to Scottsdale!

Very nice rental with all the amenities.

Our stay at this Troon North rental was great and comfortable. The home was fully and amply stocked with everything needed, from the kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances, to the pool and bath towels, sheets and closet clothes hangers. The pool was spotless and the location of the property was perfect for our stay. The owner was quick and responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this home for your visit to the Scottsdale area.

Well appointed home in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved staying at this home. There were just 2 of us but space for 4 more comfortably. The home has a great pool, hot tub and yard. We really enjoyed how close we were to many places in Scottsdale- shopping, PHX, groceries, restaurants, events in downtown Phoenix and hiking trails. It's very close to cities and not too far from open desert. The whole house has everything you need for a short or long stay. Comfortably decorated and with all amenities. If we hadn't just bought our own home here, we'd come back again and would certainly recommend it to others. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and great for taking long walks.

Comfort and style in Scottsdale

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for several months. The home was very clean and spacious, and had nice large windows to take in the view outside. As other reviews have mentioned, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay (and the bed was comfortable). The outside space was a nice place to have morning coffee, dinner, or to use the pool. The trees and patio provided the option of shade or sun, which was nice when it was warm. And, the putting green was a fun diversion. The outdoor space was great! We really liked the location, close enough to Scottsdale activities, but in a very scenic area and close to hiking. Even if you don't golf, the Troon golf club (across the street) has a good patio for a bite to eat or glass of wine. Also, the owner is very easy to work with, and quick to respond to questions, which sometimes isn’t the case with other properties we’ve rented. We would love to stay here again, and highly recommend it!!!

Best Rental Ever

For the past 10+ years we have rented in Scottsdale from one to two months every winter. This house is located in a quiet gated community with all the amenities that one would hope for but rarely receives. From a cleanliness and furnishings standpoint it was our best ever. Matt, the owner, responded instantly to the three calls we made to him concerning questions, etc. Someone on his local service team responded within just a few hours - another first from our experience. In fact, this is the first time we have ever responded to VRBO's request for comments regarding our experience - because this particular "rental" was like staying at the Four Seasons compared to all the others we've rented. Perfect Place to stay with Excellent owners

This home was perfect for us. We stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and their response time was always fast. They fixed the house up so pretty for the Holidays too! The beds were SO comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the sound system was perfect for playing our favorite seasonal music on. We especially liked the separate thermostats for the house and master bedroom; that made sleeping so comfortable for everyone. The owner left instructions for everything so it was easy to use the amenities in the home. The kids enjoyed the games that were there and the kitchen literally had EVERYTHING we could ever need. One thing we noticed that was especially nice was that this owner made sure there were plenty of towels and lots of toilet paper; some vacation rentals don't ever have enough of these two things for our family of six people. We will keep this home on our short list for THE place to stay while in the Valley. They are also great about refunding the deposit right away, which is really nice. Thanks for the perfect family stay!

Very friendly neighbourhood in North Troon

Just spent a month in this lovely home in Troon North. We brought our two small dogs and had family members come and go over the month. The large backyard is fantastic, couldn't get our granddaughters out of the pool and the hot tub heated up so fast - we enjoyed it after a day of hiking. There were also plently of lawn chairs and pool towels for everyone. The house is very spacious and it was spotlessly clean upon our arrival - lots of extra towels, bedding, laundry soap, bath soap, etc. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you can think of and there are also books and games for your enjoyment. We loved the layout of the house - the master bedroom is on one side and the guest rooms on the other so it gave everyone more privacy. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and hiking, and it was only 15-20 minutes to Kierland for shopping and more dining. We happened to be there for Bike Week and that was a hoot - all the motorcyclists gathered at nearby Greasewood Flats to socialize and listen to live music and we could walk down to join them and have a great burger. My dogs loved the shaded patio and on one side of the house is a large gravel area for them to use to relieve themselves. I met so many of the friendly neighbours on my walks with the dogs, and the surrounding homes just a short walk up the street are absolutely stunning - very upscale! Nearby Pinnacle Peak Patio had a family fun day last Saturday with face painting for kids, entertainment and food, hundreds of people turned out to watch some 'gun slinging' cowboys and some aptly dressed Western characters. Very nice community!
