Dès que vous entrez dans cette magnifique unité Gulfside, vous êtes accueilli par les subtiles couleurs beige et turquoise du décor et du golfe du Mexique au loin. Ce condo a été magnifiquement remodelé et mis à jour tout au long d'un plan d'étage ouvert et de grandes tuiles de céramique diagonales. Il dispose d'une cuisine ultramoderne avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un îlot en granit et des armoires blanches. Depuis le salon / salle à manger, des curseurs mènent au balcon ouvert.

La chambre principale taille King donne sur la plage et dispose d'une belle salle de bains privée rénovée avec douche à l'italienne carrelée avec un banc en teck. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une touche côtière avec une deuxième salle de bain adjacente. Pour un couchage supplémentaire, un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon est idéal pour les enfants et les adolescents! Il y a une nouvelle pile laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse et tous les équipements de la maison tout à la plage!

Cette location de vacances se trouve à Gulf Sands, un petit complexe de condominiums et l’un des rares à proposer des locations à la semaine. Il dispose d'un ascenseur et d'une grande piscine chauffée entourée d'un pavé de pavés. Il propose également un parking couvert pour deux véhicules. Cette unité est proche des magasins, des restaurants et du tramway gratuit AMI!

Everything about this property was perfect! Beautiful home, great location, easy walk to the beach! Very responsive management team :)Only advice I could give would be for the management team to include where the outdoor beach closet is and how to access it and where the dumpster is located. Will most definitely come again! LOVED everything about it!

Perfect vacation at AMI

Perfect set up right on the beach and close to everything. Publix was a minute away. Condo had everything we needed - towels, stocked kitchen, entertainment, beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely come back again!

The view was incredible

The view off the back porch was incredible! It was really nice to have the beach and pool so close. It looked like the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently renovated, and the kitchen was very well appointed.

Perfect location

Home was exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, well stocked with everything you need, and the location was unbeatable. Great sunsets right from the balcony, the pool was well kept, and the building was quiet. We also really appreciated the covered parking! Would absolutely rent again.

Amazing location

Wow! This was the closest to the Beach we have ever stayed …literally steps. Mom is almost 80 and had no trouble getting to the beach. Sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the beach without the sand! Pool is nice and so clean. Loved it so much we booked next year. Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI Dreaming! The condo is beautiful and very well stocked. The location is perfect - steps away from the beach as well as the trolley. And just a few short min to the grocery store too. And the heated pool was great for night swimming (a favorite for my kids). This was our first visit to AMI and AMI Dreaming, but it won’t be our last.

Amazing property!

This was our 4th summer going to AMI, and this property was by far our favorite! The views from the master bedroom and living room/balcony can’t be beat. This unit is steps from the sand and also very central on the island. It was very clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed to truly enjoy our vacation!

Heaven on the beach

We just left and already miss the spectacular view. Fully equipped with lots of extras, this condo provides everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The complex is quiet and immaculate with a large pool and the beach steps away. The perfect escape!
