This is a 1500 SF Home with a one car garage built in 2000. Handicap accessible. 2 bedrooms/ one bath.
Master has a king size bed, 2 Bath Robes are provided for your convenience. Second Bedroom has twin beds. Living room couch is a queen hide-a-bed. Can sleep up to 6. All beds and linens are first quality.
Kitchen is fully equipped, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, range, refrigerator. Eating area in Kitchen for 4 people with views of the coast range while you dine.
Bathroom has heated tile floors, and shower.
Full utility room with washer and dryer. Laundry Soap provided. Iron and Ironing board.
Beautiful office with Wifi.
60 inch TV with Direct TV provided. Outside enjoy the views and landscape. Wildlife, deer and wild turkeys. You can sit on your own Private Patio or on the main house patio with a gas grill available for your outdoor cooking convenience. Also available is an in-ground pool for swimming and sunning.
Property sits at the end of the road with 500 acres of forest behind. Truly private and quiet. We sit at approximately the 600 ft level. You can walk into DT McMinnville in about 40 minutes or it is a 5 minute drive.
This location can not be surpassed for its magnificent views, and it proximity to our friendly, visitor oriented city as well as over 200 wineries, featuring some of the best vintages found anywhere on the planet!!

Clean as a whistle, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful king bed, our own garage so we could unload the car directly into the kitchen, comfortable living room, peaceful setting, great views, privacy, etc. Terrific place!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the living room and dining nook of the field, trees and rolling hills beyond are wonderful. Location worked well for us ... conveniently close to town and the college, but quiet and serene.
Liz was a gracious, welcoming hostess. Her beautiful guest home was clean and well maintained. She was helpful and willing to assist with recommendations for restaurants etc. Yet was careful to still insure our privacy.
There were 6 deer that liked to wander the property especially in the back. Saw multiple hawks too. Any direction we looked we were delighted with the exquisite views.
The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extra comfy. It was so convenient having the utility room complete with laundry soap.
McMinnville was a fun area that we hope to return and explore further in the summertime. Our four day spring break stay just flew by. Evergreen Air and Space museum was a bit hit. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Our one month stay became extended as we waited to close on our new home. The owner of this beautiful home & property worked with us during a difficult time. We enjoyed the comfort and welcome amenities of this gracious home. Our host and her sidekick made us feel right at home. The views are amazing and it was a treat to have the local wildlife to watch - abundant deer you could get close to - wild turkeys- coyotes- hawks - many birds. This is a very private estate at probably the highest point in McMinnville. Don't miss a stay at Fox Ridge Estates. It's something very special.
This was our second time renting this beautiful home and each time has been for 1-2 week intervals. This has been one of our favorite rentals in McMinnville because of the closeness to town all the while allowing us incredible personal peace with a true soul feeding view.
Liz anticipates & prepares to have all the comforts & conveniences of home available to her guests. The house is located outside of town, on a hill, & the overlook was awesome. We toured area wineries by day & enjoyed the stars from the patio at night--no "light" pollution around to dim their brilliance. Also enjoyed watching the deer coming out of the woods to frollick & pose for us right out from our patio. Will recommend this enjoyable rental to friends visiting the area.
Evergreen Air and Space Museum and water park Approximately 5 miles, a must see. Great Restaurants, Nick's Italian Cafe, Bistro Maison, La Rambla, Kame's Japanese Restaurant, 13 Wine Tasting rooms in DT Mac. Taverns and shops all 3 miles away. Over 200 Wineries with in a 25 mile radius to visit, The Ocean Beaches 50 miles away.
