I loved the quiet area in Athens. Close to Walmart, parking for the game, and easy access to highway.

The property was super clean. My only issue is that the property lists 2 queen beds and the beds are actually double beds. Not a problem if I was staying alone but a little small when staying with my spouse. Kimberly is a very responsive host! The location was great especially since we were there for our son’s parents weekend and a football game.

Pool was covered and unusable, no laundry on site, dishwasher didn’t work, very basic furnishings . Also had a maintenance issue that never got resolved and was quite annoying. An alarm pad beeped every couple of minutes. It was going to be the next day before someone could come take a look so we went and purchased new batteries at our own expense but it didn’t solve the problem. We didn’t want maintenance workers in there when we weren’t there so we cancelled the maintenance request 24 hours later and just dealt with the beeping. Suppling coffee pods, creamer, sugar and basic toiletries was nice and location was convenient. We probably won’t stay again but it wasn’t terrible.
