BEACHDRIFTER CONDO building completed extensive exterior work including new paint, pool and deck area in June 2022.

Penthouse Residence 401 has all new flooring and two new bathrooms -- and SPECTACULAR VIEWS FROM THE TOP FLOOR Corner location with wrap-around oceanfront balcony! Spectacular sunlight ALL DAY on one of the TWO south-facing balconies.

Welcome to this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in The Beachdrifter Oceanfront Condo on beautiful Jacksonville Beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the top floor location and its 40-foot wrap-around corner balcony.

Both bedrooms have ocean view balconies. All updated furniture and furnishings.

The Primary Bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and a flat-screen cable Smart TV. Private bath in this bedroom with walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen cable Smart TV. The 2nd bathroom (with a tub/shower) is right outside 2nd bedroom door. BONUS also a private oceanview balcony off 2nd bedroom too.

Relax in the oceanfront living area on the reclining microfiber couch - so comfy! A flat-screen Smart TV in the living area too.

WIFI included (FREE)

XFINITY cable service on TVs

There is a fully-equipped kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, blender and all cooking utensils. Both drip and K-cup coffee makers. Nice kitchen wares too. Enjoy meals at the dining table or on the balcony. Seating for 4 on the balcony.

The owners have also supplied 4 nice beach chairs to take to the sand; and several beach towels too.

The Beachdrfiter Oceanfront Condominium community has a beautiful oceanfront pool area; plus a pool shower and pool bathroom.

Located just a few blocks north of the Jacksonville Pier; a few blocks east of Salt Life Food Shack and Mellow Mushroom. Grab a great breakfast at DeliComb or Metro Diner. And dessert nearby too...Dairy Queen or Pelican Ice just two blocks away! plus Native Sun is a quick walk to organic and vegan grocery and take-away prepared food. More local suggestions are posted in the condo.

****PLEASE NOTE****
NON SMOKING BUILDING. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE! Not on balcony, near pool, or on walkway. You must leave the building. $250 FINE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

NO PETS ALLOWED in this condo but please ask as we have other condos that do allow your fur-babies.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: All guests have to either pay $59 for damage insurance coverage of $1,500; or a refundable deposit of $1,500. This is to cover potential damages to the condo.

ALL GUESTS are ALSO required to pay a FULLY-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 for any rule infractions. (for example - smoking anywhere in the building is a $250 fine)

CHECK-IN is 4PM and CHECK-OUT is 10AM.

My kids never wanted to leave! They loved the beach right outside as well as the little pool on the property. Next time, we will try and stay a whole week!Property manager was so nice and accommodating.

Great vacation

Property is just as advertised and is very well kept for its age. Check in was easy. Inside was very clean and everything was in newish or good condition. The property manager (Renee) was responsive and very helpful. The location is fabulous, very close to the beach and great views. There were some chairs and toys. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect spot

We chose this property because it was a great view on the ocean, and because it was near the mayo clinic. My husband donated a kidney to his sister, and we stayed here for his first week of recovery. Wonderful location, great property manager, and exactly what we wanted! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The view was excellent. We got to see the lunar eclipse and it was breathtaking from the balcony as the light sparkled on the ocean water at night. Would definitely return.

Wedding Weekend

Family was in town for a wedding at Casa Marina. We chose this unit so we could spend time together before and after event vs everyone being in separate room. We also brought some grocery’s and were able to have breakfast and lunch in the condo. Very good location. Plenty of room.

The owners bought this condo in August 2017 to be near their new grandson so they visit quite often. They decided to share the condo with guests when they are not in Jax Beach. Why they chose this property

Beachdrifter is a small, oceanfront condo community directly on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Walk or bike to several restaurants and stores. Bonus: In 2022, the Beachdrifter Condo building completed extensive exterior updates including pool, deck, paint and landscaping.

What makes this property unique

Everything is within walking distance from the Beachdrifter Condo. You really don't NEED a car to get around. Uber from the airport to the condo then bike or walk to everything! Several restaurants within few blocks of condo too. Condo 401 has fully-equipped kitchen; beach towels and beach chairs included too.
