Lovely chalet in the center of San Teodoro

In the center of San Teodoro, 6 sleeping accommodations well furnished, in a residential complex. Independent garden over 50 meters, equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is air conditioned and consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. There is also a camping cot available. Complete, functional and equipped with all utensils and utensils. The living room is equipped with 32 '' color TV with satellite antenna. The site, though a stone's throw from the center (only 250-300 meters), is still quiet. The nearest beaches (La Cinta, Cala d’Ambra, L’Isuledda) are from 900 to 1400 meters; reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.
The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the pre-registration, compatibly with I check in previous and subsequent.

Es war herrlich in diesem Haus Urlaub zu machen. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt und Anna war eine sehr freundliche aufgestellte und vorallem hilfsbereite Frau. Die Lage ist perfekt , da man sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum ist und in paar Minuten mit dem Auto ab einem wunderbaren Strand mit Kneipen . Der große Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig… wir werden es in Gedanken behalten, wann weis ja nie …Parkplatz hat es natürlich auch . Von uns war es eine sehr gute ,gemütliche Sache top

Gîte très agréable et très bien situé .Vous avez la possibilité d’accéder au centre à quelques minutes à pieds . Pendant notre séjour nous avions un marché nocturne tous les soirs . Vous pouvez également accéder à des plages tels que la Cinta à 25 min à pied .Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Wir haben zu zweit einen wunderbaren Herbsturlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht, das eine sehr gute Lage hat, um Zentrum und Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer zeitnah und überaus nett, ebenso zu Signora Anna, die uns bei An- und Abreise super betreut und alles gezeigt hat. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, alles ist gepflegt und sauber, die Fotos vermitteln einen realistischen Eindruck. Man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl und merkt, dass die Vermieter bei der beeindruckend umfangreichen Ausstattung an alle Details gedacht haben, die für einen gelungenen Urlaub wichtig sind. Abends kann man noch die letzte Sonne auf der schönen Terrasse genießen. Fazit: Alles bestens, gerne wieder, mille grazie!

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Unkomplizierte Vermieter (vielen Dank Anna); alles da was man braucht in der Wohnung und gut gelegen, Strand Bäcker Restaurants, alles in der Nähe Etwas Geschirr und Gläser hatten die Vermieter nicht gut gespühlt, aber ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Jederzeit wieder!

Zentrale und familienfreundliche Lage

Perfekt mit Kindern da Spielplatz gleich nebenan. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage. Check in und Check OUT konnte zu unseren gewünschten Zeiten perfekt angepasst werden, vielen Dank nochmal an Anna! Garten sehr schön angelegt. Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist sehr weich und auch durchgelegen. Handtücher sind zwar vorhanden, müssen aber gegen eine Gebühr geliehen werden. Haben wir vorher leider nicht gewusst.

Grazie mille per la vostra recensione. È stato un piacere ospitarvi. Per chiarire a chi legge, il letto è provvisto di topper per ammorbidirlo. Sarebbe bastato toglierlo. Capisco che possa essere soggettivo il piacere del letto morbido, ma è stato messo per migliorare la qualità del sonno.

Alles war toll bis auf die Matratze. Die war viel zu weich. Ist aber leider meistens so. Wir haben es trotzdem genossen. Ist ein tolles und sehr modernes Appartement.

Bella abitazione, unica pecca le camere da letto un po’ piccole (soprattutto quella con il letto a castello), per il resto dotata di tutto il necessario compresi 3 split di aria condizionata. Ci siamo trovati bene sia con la casa che con la Signora Anna.

Ottima casa a San Teodoro

La casa si presenta ottima per ospitare 6 persone, dotata di un divano letto, un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Bellissimo giardino dove rilassarsi dopo il mare o alla sera. Condizionatori presenti in ogni stanza, stoviglie e cucina tutto nuovo. La signora Anna un po' troppo prevenuta nei confronti dei giovani, tantissime raccomandazioni, forse anche per brutte esperienze passate. Molto precisa e efficente nella comunizione. La posizione è molto buona, vicina al centro di San Teodoro e ai supermercati e con 15 minuti di camminata si raggiunge la meravigliosa spiaggia la cinta. La casa è dotata di 3 bici e non 4 come indicato dall'annuncio.

Posizione perfetta e appartamento nuovo con giardino

La villetta è posizionata all interno di un complesso abbastanza popolato molto vicino al centro e anche alla bellissima spiaggia la cinta. La posizione è perfetta e in 5 minuti di cammino si è in centro. Per la spiaggia ci vuole un po di più ma è sempre fattibile e ci sono sempre marciapiedi durante il percorso(cosa non scontata in Sardegna), quindi la passeggiata è piacevole. La villetta ha un giardino e un patio deliziosi e l appartamento è ristrutturato e ben curato, i mobili sono nuovi e abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo. C è anche il condizionatore e la casa di per sé non è calda. Vista la comodità e l uso del giardino è perfetta per chi non vuole prendere la macchina e si vuole godere San Teodoro a piedi o in bici. Unico piccolo svantaggio è stato dover posizionare la culla da campeggio in salone perche non entrava in camera. Una bellissima villetta nel complesso! C era anche col barbecue, anche se non l abbiamo mai usato.

Best equipped, modern villa in San Teodoro

I've stayed in several places in San Teodoro over the years and this was by far the most modern and best equipped of any I've seen. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom is very nice and modern with by far the best shower I've had there. The air conditioning worked well. Definitely would stay here again!

Summa Summarum ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Vielen Dank an die Besitzer und an die Frau Anna Herr. Positiv anzumerken, dass wir in der Wohnung viele Ausstattungskleinigkeiten gefunden haben, die wir sonst sehr vermissen bzw. extra vor Ort kaufen müssen: z.B Waschpulver, Pizzamesser, Sonnenschirm und sogar Küchenwaage :-) Es gibt auch Kritikpunkte, wie z.B die Türe im Bad, die man nicht abschließen kann, übermotivierte WC-Spülung und mega kleine "Kinderzimmer" die auf dem Foto relativ groß ausschaut. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, haben genug Platz gehabt und über die Kleinigkeiten hinweg geschaut.

Wir (3 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind) haben unsere Herbstferien in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Bei der Einrichtung hat es an nichts gefehlt und der Zustand war vergleichsweise sehr gut. Die Lage ist top - sowohl das Zentrum wie auch der Strand sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren wohl nicht das letzte Mal da.

Ziemlich heruntergekommen

Wir waren bislang 9 mal in San Teodoro. Dies war die teuerste und schlechteste Unterkunft von allen. Vieles war kaputt oder vergammelt. Bettlaken und Handtücher haben ihre beste Zeit lange hinter sich. Einzig der Service vor Ort war zufriedenstellend.

Premesso che durante il soggiorno non vi siete mai lamentati, è spiacevole ricevere critiche ingiustificate. La casa è stata ristrutturata a nuovo con nuovi arredi che tutti gli ospiti hanno sempre trovato belli e confortevoli. Strana la critica da chi ha lasciato la casa in condizioni poco civili con sacchi di spazzatura e pannolini ovunque. Pazienza.

La casa è molto carina,ben arredata e funzionale,ottimo la zona esterna,dove poter mangiare e poter passare dei momenti di relax sulle poltrone.Si trova in una zona tranquilla del paese senza baccano,nello stesso tempo a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di San Teodoro.Devo dire che è molto difficile trovare dei difetti sulla casa,l'unica cosa,ad essere pignoli è la mancanza di un forno dove cucinare,anche se viene superata dal fatto di avere in giardino un bellissimo barbecue! Consigliato ad ogni tipologia di età!

la casa e' molto carina , pulita, fresca e vicino al centro. tranquilla e corredata di tutto il necessario. i proprietari gentili e non invadenti.La zona e' splendida ci sono molte spiagge bellissime ed un centro grazioso e pieno di vita. lati negativi moltissima gente in spiaggia e parecchio vento.
