Our home is ideal for groups, friends & families. We rent out rooms or the entire house where one can enjoy a cozy & peaceful place.

Ragsak is an Ilokano word for Joy.

MVH gives you an ambience of peace & quiet which enables you to recharge after a day's full-packed adventure!
The space
MVH cares for the environment and our clients' well-being! Cigarette smoking and liquor drinking are not allowed!

MVH wishes to maintain its peacefulness and the positive energy exuded by our loving guests and friends.
Guest access
The property has its own gate to ensure the security of our loving guests. The parking lot and the garden area is also available for utility.

Beddings, pillows, blankets, hand soap, tissue paper, in-house slippers and eating utensils are provided to our loving guests. Drinking water is available upon request.

Guests checked-in at Kappia will have access to a common area - living room, kitchen, toilet and bath.
During your stay
MVH aims to provide the best experience to its guests. We are ready to provide assistance when needed and would love to hear about your experience! Other things to note
La Union has become the perfect escape for both adventure-seekers and laid-back tourists. The San Juan Surfing Beach is just a five- minute ride from our humble home. Numerous restaurants, bars and other tourism establishments are available at the area.

An honesty sari-sari store is also available inside the MVH. Knick knacks, toiletries, and other items are displayed. You simply leave the payment at the money bowl as you get!
