Maravillosa casa frente al canal con una gran piscina y un muelle de 75 '+ en la única llave con aguas cristalinas que fluyen a través de los canales. 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, cocina grande con 3 juegos de enormes puertas de vidrio corredizas que conducen a un gran balcón con vista a una gran piscina con plataforma de baño y al canal prístino, ¡donde a menudo se puede ver desde el balcón! We had the best time!! Quiet, well kept, and all the fishing we could possibly fit in to one week! Duck Key is 15-20 minutes from Marathon and Islamorada, so after the day’s adventures coming home to a quiet and private home was fantastic. I highly suggest this property for a family getaway! You won’t regret it!

Perfection in Duck Key

First time staying in Duck key and this property had everything we look for- safe place to keep the boat docked , comfortable beds and cool AC. If you have stayed at other properties in the keys, you know what I mean. Not only did it have those essentials for me- it was well stocked . Everything you could need to prepare meals is available to you. This house was impeccable and well cared for and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the property. Nice location and very quiet at night for sleeping. The property manager took care of any issues asap. The air conditioner quit and they had it fixed in 2-3 hours. The house was stocked very well. Thanks so much Pat/Penny.

Fantastic stay

The stay was fabulous, house is so nice with everything you could ever think to need. Watching & feeding the fish and sharks in the canal was the highlight of each afternoon. Great location, right in the middle of the Florida keys. Only bad part was having to be out at 10am, kind of feel like you’re loosing a day (between 4pm check in & 10am check out)

Girls trip 2022

The ocean wildlife is exciting!!!! We seen tons of fish! A shark! A moray eel! Portuguese man o war! It was cool! The house was perfect, clean and comfortable! Totally relaxing! We didn’t realize we had the top floor and that the care taker was in the apartment below but that didn’t hinder anything! We had so much fun!!! Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise!

Peace, Quiet and Luxury in the Keys

We were two couples ready for a vacation. I wanted to introduce the other three to life in the Keys. Researching Duck Key really gave me a good feeling of security, relaxation and style and this property looked wonderful. And it was! The booking process was easy and the communication was great. We met Bobbie, the caretaker virtually. She kindly answered our questions promptly and very quickly. We came in the door and were wowed even thought the pictures told us what to expect. The living area was spacious with many seats at the dining table. The bedrooms were very large with nice bathroom, the master shower being especially spacious. There was space galore for in the kitchen and every item you could imagine for cooking, which we did several evenings. The accommodations were top drawer. The view was nice of the canal, other unique homes and many boats. The streets were quiet with more golf carts than cars during the day. The pool was wonderful to relax in even with a bit of chill because the sun was nice and bright. There were plenty of tables and chairs for a group larger than ours in the backyard. The storage area had a great beverage fridge, games and bikes. You have more than you need to be entertained with or without kids. We rented a boat one day which was easy to dock from the canal. The fish liked our table scraps and the iguanas watched from the bushes. It was easy to travel to the rest of the keys with convenient stores nearby in Marathon. Bobbie checked on us when we were at the pool to make sure we were doing well. Otherwise, it was hard to tell she was even there. This was a great property to accomplish our goals of enjoying the Keys, resting comfortable, sunning by a quiet pool and relaxing with friends. We highly recommend this property just not when we want to stay there!

Beautiful relaxing place to get away!

We absolutely fell in love with the property! Beautiful view and full of sealife for sure! We saw lots of fish, a few mother sharks and even a big manatee swim right to the front of the dock. We do wish the night dock lights would have worked but was a wonderful stay either way!

Great place

Stayed here the month of July and it was perfect. Owner was very responsive and the place was dynamite. The neighborhood was quiet and the groundskeeper was very nice and helpful. It was like she was not even there. I would highly recommend especially if you have a boat and enjoy fishing and diving. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful Rental

Just returned from spending a very quiet - very relaxing month in Duck Key. This home was just perfect! It was well maintained and very well stocked! The pool was lovely and an added bonus after spending the day fishing! We normally rent a 3 bedroom and were concerned that space would be limited - but we were very pleased with the open floor plan - we had a 1 year old so it was perfect for him! The dock was awesome - so much room for a boat and the kayak was an added bonus!! We are hoping to return next year! Thanks!!

Duck Key Family Vacation

Earlier this month, our family spent a week at this beautiful waterfront home. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation thus far. The home was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Having a pool (very clean and well maintained) and a place for our boat was awesome too! Super impressed with all the outdoor provisions as well (i.e. pool activities, corn hole boards, bikes). The aquatic life in the canal was such an added bonus and the lights installed in the water was the perfect touch to be able to enjoy the nightly fish feedings. The location of this home is PERFECT! Such a quiet, peaceful part of the keys and close to the best attractions and beaches. The owner, Carrie, was very helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. This vacation rental is highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing, private, clean home with a cozy atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. Johnson Family

Staying in Duck Key after a mojor hurricane

If you are thinking of staying on Duck Key in the next 6 to 8 months, you might want to re-think your plans. First of all, both marinas (Duck Key Marina and Hawks Cay Marina) are closed due to hurricane damage. We could see that this property was a well kept, well stocked, well located property. However, the dock was still damaged to the point that when I stepped on the bumper, it collapsed scraping my leg up and dumping me between our boat and the dock. In fairness, the owner replaced the bumpers with new ones for the next people that were coming in. The back porch roof had been ripped half off and the half left shook and made ripping noise when the wind blew (which was often) and the screen was completely gone. We were afraid to sit under it for fear of it falling on us. Inside the house there were 3 main structural beams that were severely cracked and the roof was leaking in the corner by the front door. We found notes from the Monroe County Property Appraiser stating that stated "trusses broken off inside house and are no longer structurally sound to support roof replacement". Nobody worked on these repairs during our stay (5/19 to 5/26/2018. Also, the pool was "stained and damaged" as well as a coat of sand all over the bottom. There was no pool service in the time we stayed here. As I stated in the first part of this review, this property will be a premier property when everything is fixed, however, in my opinion, it will be later in the year. You may want to skip properties in Duck Key and be very careful if you do rent in the keys this year. BTW, the fishing was excellent!!!

Fantastic rental in great location!

Beautiful well kept home on Duck Key with all the amenities. Pool was immaculate and warm enough to use. Which we did daily! Carrie was awesome to work with - very helpful and responded right. Highly recommend!

Best Backyard on Duck Key! The sea life from the dock is extraordinary, especially when fed. Most recently we had a dolphin come right up to the dock and surface. The crystal clear canal made it a truly spectacular experience!
