Charming 3-Bedroom Villa Centrally Located in the Florida Keys

As soon as we became aware of the nearby construction, we reached out right away and offered the option to cancel for a full refund or continue with a significant discounted rate. We did our best to ensure you felt comfortable with whichever option you chose. For added context, the neighboring resort’s construction is expected to be completed in late May/early June and according to the resort the heavy construction has now been completed. Regarding the AC, this was an unexpected issue, as the unit is relatively new (just three years old). We arranged for a technician to come out promptly, but unfortunately, due to the holiday weekend, parts were not immediately available. As soon as they could be obtained, the necessary repairs—including replacing the coils and compressor—were completed, and the system is now functioning like new. We also provided an additional refund to help offset the inconvenience. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to host you, and we’re always committed to improving the experience for our guests.
