Gather on the oversized sectional in front of the smart TV, or cook together in the sleek kitchen featuring black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dual oven built for feasts. The dining table seats six comfortably, and an additional office space makes it easy to stay connected or work remotely during your stay.



Step outside, and the home transforms into a private retreat. The lanai opens to a sparkling pool with a built-in lounge spot, plus additional seating to relax in the Florida sunshine. Fire up the grill on the deck with its outdoor dining setup, or unwind in the patio and yard area, complete with a cozy firepit and hammocks that sway beneath the trees. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes twin-over-full bunk beds.



Bedroom #4 includes twin-over-full bunk beds.



This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Pool is not (cannot) be heated.

• Wood for firepit is not provided.

• Driveway and street parking for 5 vehicles available. The property can accommodate RV parking as well, prior approval is required.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entrance and the street,

o (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back yard,

• Long-term stays allowed.
