New Construction: A beautiful Benfatti Home constructed in 2023. This 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath home boasts a 2 Car Garage and 6 parking spots. Bring your boat or your golf cart, or both! One mile from Old Town and a block and a half from the beach. An easy stroll to the Amtrak Station & Depot District. This is a family friendly property is located on a quiet street.

The main bedroom has an attached bathroom with seperate tub and large walk-in shower. The bedroom has a small sitting area and is equipped with a king bed and lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the third bedroom by a jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has a king bed. The jack & jill bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook for your guest and there is a small bistro table on the screened in backporch for morning coffee. Enjoy the tranquility of the quiet neighborhood but the close proximity to Old Town and Bay St. Louis is an easy 50 mile drive to New Orleans.

There is a propane Weber Grill, laundry (washer & dryer) and beach towels.

It was a very enjoyable weekend. Everything was just perfect with the rental! We could not have ask for a more perfect place. The host was wonderful and point on with any question we had. The rooms were very spacious and we had plenty of room to move around. We could not have ask for anything better.

This was such a blessing to my family. Had everything we needed. It was great for all ages. The garage was fantastic to store our toys we brought iw bikes, golf cart etc. Driveway had plenty room. Close to beach nerf guns in fenced backyard!

We loved our stay at the Caron Street home.The host was very kind and made us feel welcome from the start. Having everything on one floor worked really well for our family and made the stay especially comfortable.One of our favorite simple pleasures was filling the bird feeders and watching all the activity. We saw bluebirds every day and even spotted a few owls at night. We also really enjoyed relaxing on the porch during the day.The kitchen is fantastic. We especially appreciated the high-speed boil feature on the stove, which made our pasta dinner night easy and fun. The large kitchen island was perfect for gathering and preparing food together.The main bathroom feels like a spa after a day at the beach, with a wonderful rain shower and soaking tub.The garage was an added bonus. It’s stocked with fun items like a football, basketball, tennis rackets and balls, a yoga mat, and even has its own bathroom.The location is great, just a quick bike ride to the beach or an easy bike or golf cart ride into town.We would absolutely stay here again.FWIW, the pictures make it look smaller than it really is.

We like the quiet neighborhood. It's 3 blocks from the Depot and right at a mile to the Blind Tiger. We like our easy access to the Washington Pier and bike path on the beach. It's a great place for someone visiting a child at St. Stanislaus.

This property is brand new. One of the few in the historic district with a two car garage and large driveway for parking cars and/or toys.
