The condo is in Casitas Las Rosas, directly across from Old Town La Quinta. Walk to restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and weekly markets. Golf, hiking trails, and world-class events like BNP Paribas and Coachella are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The area is walkable to Old Town. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Coachella Valley, with convenient freeway access nearby.

Shared swimming pool and hot tub. Pools are heated. Pets are allowed with $150 fee.
