The Space:

Step onto the welcoming front deck, where two Adirondack chairs invite you to slow down and relax. Inside, the living room offers a cozy space with a couch and two armchairs, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The bright, all-white kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig for your morning coffee, and an eat-in dining table for four. Just beyond, a fully enclosed sunroom faces the pool, complete with a sofa, chairs, coffee table, and smart TV—an ideal spot to gather or lounge in comfort.



The backyard truly feels like a retreat. Enjoy alfresco meals at the dining table for six, fire up the grill for a casual cookout, or sip drinks at the additional table for four. Comfortable seating surrounds the sparkling inground pool, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun. Whether you’re here to explore Tampa’s attractions or simply bask in the sunshine, Pool House Oasis offers the best of both worlds—city access and a private backyard paradise.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in the sunroom.

• Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with two (2) INACTIVE external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front door,

o (2) located at and actively monitoring the backyard.

• This home is pet friendly. We love hosting furry friends, but to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

o Pre-Approval required, 2 pets maximum: All pets must be approved before booking. Please tell us your pet’s breed, size, and age.

o Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $100/pet applies per stay that is not included in your final booking cost. This covers extra cleaning. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

o Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless safely crated.

o Furniture & Bedding: no pets on beds, couches, or other furniture (even if they promise to be careful).If your pet sneaks up, please bring/use your blankets or covers.

o House Training: Only fully house-trained pets are allowed. Accidents must be cleaned immediately.

o Noise: Please keep barking or whining to a minimum so neighbors aren’t disturbed.

o Yard & Outdoor Areas: Clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste in sealed bags in the outdoor bin. Failure to do so will result in extra fees.

o Damage: You’re responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, stains, or chewed items.

o Allergies: Out of consideration for future guests, please ensure the space is free of excessive fur or odors before checkout.

o Local Rules: All pets must be leashed when outside and follow local leash laws.

• Long-term stays allowed.



Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Any changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.
