This home is designed for lake fun with a private dock featuring a swim platform, swim mat, swim ladder, and plenty of seating. Paddle out with 2 kayaks, 5 paddle boards, or a pedal boat, or cast a line with fishing gear provided on site. Evenings are best spent grilling on the propane grill, gathering by the firepit, or relaxing on the patio while overlooking the water.

At the 13MM in Sunrise Beach, you're close to some of the best spots on Lake of the Ozarks. Enjoy lakeside dining at Captain Ron's, Paradise, or Papa Chubby's. By water or land, you're minutes from shopping, marinas, and family-friendly entertainment. Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Bridal Cave are nearby for hiking and exploring, while live music venues and waterfront bars provide nightlife. Golfers can play at Margaritaville or The Ridge at The Lodge of Four Seasons.

• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
• This property permits responsible gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

• A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

• Unmonitored cameras are present surrounding the exterior for liability purposes, including the driveway, front door, lakeside yard, dock, and boat

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guests have full access to the home, private dock, kayaks, paddle boards, and outdoor amenities.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
