Completely renovated home in Quiet Cove with a Dock!

HUGE 4 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. Open kitchen, living, dining. Dining table seats 10 plus the island. TONS of outdoor space to enjoy the lake. Deck with outdoor dining, grill, and access from the master bedroom. Master Bedroom with gorgeous spa bath along with two bedrooms upstairs. Second Master with bathroom and porch access in the basement. Basement has a bar and huge sectional with 65 inch TV along with a queen sofa sleeper and Murphy Bed for additional sleeping space. Dock with one slip and a swim platform. Two Kayaks provided along with a variety of life jackets, floats, and a large swim mat. Watch the fireworks at Bear Bottom every Saturday during the summer. Close grocery stores and 20-25 minutes to Osage Beach.

What are our priorities

We wanted a dining table that would seat the entire 10 true extended family dinner. The dock that all the kids can swim off from and dock a boat that we brought down.

It was a great house the only thing was the hot water in the basement bathrooms they never got hot or warm no matter how long you ran it for and even being the first one to shower in the morning, otherwise it was great and I was able to get ahold of Amy very easily!! We had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful and quiet

Our group had a wonderful stay! The home is clean and beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wide range of ages of kids with us and each could find something for entertainment. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and swimming off of the dock. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, easy to navigate around the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house in great location! 10/10

Four adults and three kids under age 4 stayed for a long weekend. We found the house to be super spacious with plenty of sleeping options. The house was very clean and it was really nice having good lake road access and level parking with plenty of space. We also liked having a good area to walk the dogs and grass out by the lake for them. The cove is deep and fishing and swimming off the dock is awesome! The only annoyance for us was the dishwasher is not good and you need to wash dishes off before using and sometimes even rinse/rewash them after. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped, and the dining seating plentiful. Amy was easy to communicate with and responsive. Would stay here again!

Fun overdue family vacation with so much to do

Easy to access. So much room in the house for my husband and I plus 2 daughters/spouses and 5 total grandchildren. We took advantage of all the items supplied for swimming, fishing and just relaxing. A great time was had by all!! Just an overall great getaway.

Excellent New Interior on a Great Part of the Lake!

This home was great for our family for a late summer stay the weekend after labor day. It's on the quieter part of the lake, but still only a 10 minute cruise to a few on the water dining options. The dock worked out well and the interior was clean and recently remodeled with quality materials. The large basement was a hit with our family watching week 1 NFL games, and the outdoor deck was a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee. We will be back next year for sure!

Bachelor Weekend

We had a great stay for a bachelor weekend getaway. The house is perfect for larger groups, a nice dock spot to hang out and swim, friendly neighbors, and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book in the future if I come back to LOZ.

Great location

This was our 3rd summer in a row staying here. Highly recommend location and owner responsiveness. We did notice some wear from last year that hadn’t been fixed along with some new issues (ex. broken towel rods in bathroom, missing dock rail in one spot, no propane grill but did have small electric grill - but we had to cook food in shifts) Didn’t have enough chairs for the dock for our group this time either. We had basic needs met but will bring our own chairs if we come next year. Still recommend - good value and location for sure. Beds were all good, kitchen fully equipped and AC kept up with the heat. Overall definitely recommend for families - nice finished basement allows for plenty to spread out.

Perfect for large families

My family loved this property! It is so spacious. Perfect for a large group. We had nine family members covering four generations and we all had our own space. We loved making s’mores on the fire pit on the dock. We played games and cooked some amazing meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. We highly recommend this property!

Great area of lake

Very nice home on quiet part of lake. Enjoyed fishing right out the back door and making smores around the fire pit. A spa shower at end of the day was nice too.

We have just purchased the home next door with some friends, but want to share it with lots of new friends! We look forward to meeting lots of folks and enjoying our great location at LOTO. Jason and Amy have been coming to the lake for about 46 years, but our friends Tim and Julia are a bit newer. We don't get as much time as we would like down here due to busy children, but we are excited to share our lovely home with others. We hope you love it as much as we do!

This property offers some great privacy along with a fantastic location. You can have quiet water or a lively time as we are located close to many bars and restaurants. There are chauffeur services close by either by land or water! You can grill on the deck or roast hot dogs and s'mores over the fire pit. Bring your boat to our dock!
