In the middle of our listing, we clearly state that the unit is located on an upper floor and that there are stairs with no elevator access. We also take communication very seriously and pride ourselves on being responsive. We always answer calls, texts, and emails promptly. After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any contact from you regarding the WiFi during your stay. The WiFi details are included in your arrival information, directly under the door code, and we would have been more than happy to assist had we been contacted.
