This beautiful, ground level, oceanview, oceanfront property offers luxury living in paradise!! Just steps to the ocean, and turtles, you can truly unwind and give your soul some Aloha!! Enjoy your morning Kona Coffee on the lanai while listening to waves crash and tropical birds sing their sweet songs. The Monarch Butterflies are especially enjoyable to watch!!
There are two beaches (seasonal) on the property, beach chairs and towels are provided. Imagine seeing whales breech in the distance or turtles swimming at the waters edge while you are grilling your dinner….doesn’t get any better than this location!! There is a heat controlled, fenced pool that allows an enjoyable swim, no matter the weather! When not enjoying the beautiful ocean views of Lanai and Molokai, you can wander the beautiful Kuleana grounds, play tennis, shuffleboard or a game of ping-pong in the spacious, open air Lobby! There is also a filtered water dispenser in the lobby! No need to buy water bottles as there are re-usable water bottles in the condo for your convenience!!
The living room and bedroom are furnished with beautiful designer furniture and incredible photographic art! Ceiling fans provide ambiance and added comfort in both the living room and bedroom.
Maui offers a huge variety of restaurants, activities and entertainment options. There is something for everyone from entertaining hula shows, to the amazing underwater world of snorkeling, from viewing the breathtaking waterfalls and rain forests from a helicopter to hiking through bamboo forests and swimming with giant turtles! Come visit our beautiful spot in paradise!!

Aloha and thanks for looking at our lovely Kuleana property. This is located on West Maui, Unit 505 which is a walk out to ocean condo. My husband and I have been visiting Kuleana since 2005 and when we got the opportunity to own a unit here, we jumped at it! We love the location, the pool, the amenities and the closeness to the ocean, and butterflies are a constant companion! The grounds are quite lovely and we truly love spending time here and relaxing! Morning sunrises and evening sunsets are often spectacular! We love looking at the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molakai too, and watching for those special Whale Spouts and Breeches when it is Whale season! Usually there are turtles just off the Kuleana beaches, I can sit and watch them eat and swim around for hours! I hope you get a chance to come visit our lovely piece of paradise: Kuleana Resort, Unit 505!
