Location, Location, Location. First Location - City - This property is in the perfect location in Lincoln City. It is in the heart of the city with close access to everything nearby. Second Location - Beach - A small staircase to the beach is all it takes to get to the beach. A lot of locations in Lincoln City are on the cliffs and require a ton of stairs to get to the beach. Third Location - Condo - First thing when you get in, slide the love seat in front of the big window to watch the waves. Open the little window by the floor to hear them. This is where you should spend a lot of your time. The view is really what sets this place apart and makes it a great choice. Bring a pair of binoculars for whale watching. The Condo itself is nice. Everything was maintained and in working order. Communication was excellent and it was a really easy check in process.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We love your “Location, Location, Location” breakdown and couldn’t agree more that our central Lincoln City location, easy beach access, and beautiful ocean views make for a special Lincoln City getaway. We’re especially glad you enjoyed watching and listening to the waves from the comfort of the condo. Binoculars are certainly a great tip for fellow guests hoping to spot whales! It’s wonderful you found the condo was well maintained, check-in was easy, and communication met your expectations. Thank you for choosing D Sands, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another oceanfront stay!
