The king bed is worn down (we ended up sleeping in another room)Otherwise, everything was well appointed and very clean! Great location. Needs better quality kitchen knives and cook pans

The mattress/bed is only two years old and has not previously received any complaints regarding its condition, so we were surprised to hear that it was described as worn down. We’ll certainly keep an eye on it, as guest comfort is important to us. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen knives and cookware and will consider making some upgrades. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us continually improve our guests’ experience.

Wonderful duplex. Tastefully decorated with everything you need including sp I ces beside salt and pepper! Beds were very comfortable and having a garage and backyard firepit was an added bonus. Julianna was very responsive to any requests and questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Montrose area! We will stay again!
