They have two kids Spencer and Sally and a dog named Rocky and enjoy coming to Florida to relax and enjoy the sun! Mark and Jodi also have another Airbnb in Pinehurst NC they have successfully owned for more than 5 years.

The area is extremely convenient to local shopping and restaurants and has easy access to the interstate. Centrally located, Bradenton is a short drive to Siesta Key, Ana Maria Island, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and St.Petes.
The communities amenities are first class with a spacious pool, hot tub, playground, fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts, basketball courts, doggie park, cornhole and more. Not to mention the Heritage Harbor golf course with the backyard backing onto hole 7.
