Overall our group really enjoyed our stay at the property. We had young children (2,3, and 4), people in their 30s, and people in their 70s. The property manager was very responsive to the issue we had and addressed it immediately.
One thing I definitely want to mention is that while the place is listed as 5 bedrooms (counting the open loft as a bedroom), there's a room in the basement that is a decent size and only has a foosball table in it. We moved the table to the side of the room and put a mattress from the bunk room on the floor and it was a perfect extra bedroom for one of our children. If I were listing the house I'd call it a 6 bedroom.
We have a few pieces of advice for future renters. First, make sure you pack water shoes. The water is great but it's pretty rocky and we were all very happy with our water shoes. Second, there is no actual dining room, just the tables on the enclosed porch. If you're going to have very hot weather (we had a few days in the 90s) it's good to have a fan or 2 to blow some of the cool air from inside the house out there, because there's no AC on the porch. Finally, the beds are just mattresses on top of plywood, no box spring under them. It wasn't a huge issue but for people who have back issues or trouble sleeping, it's good to know about in advance.
We all liked the house and would go back again.
