Great Stay

This property was clean and provided 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms just as advertised. Great location very close to downtown. We all enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay. The neighborhood is a little older, no local businesses , but close to highway for easy traveling.

Great place to stay!

Paula was so awesome and courteous. Really made me and my friends very comfortable to stay at her place for the week. Couldn't have asked for a better host. Gave us great recommendations for food and entertainment. If you need a place to stay in Cleveland look no further! 10/10

Pleasant Surprise in Cleveland

This quaint, clean home in Cleveland was exactly what we needed for our catch up weekend with friends. It was close to a nice walking path and a restaurant that served some great Slovic/Polish dishes. It was a short drive to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Cuyahoga National Park. The immediate neighborhood, aesthetically left much to be desired. However it was safe, quite and friendly! The owner was wonderful and informative. We would stay again!

Convenient, Clean, Spacious

We (three single travel companions) had a great stay. This is an older home with 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a large eat-in kitchen. The place was clean and guest-ready. Being able to park the car in an enclosed shelter was an added bonus. The host was proactive and attentive, sending good information about what to see and do, and even meeting us when we arrived. There was almost no traffic noise, even though the house is conveniently located near the interstate. Local and regional attractions were all easy to get to.

No power no refund

My wife and I booked a family reunion in Cleveland, OH using Vrbo. The house we booked was near our event however, a couple days before the trip the owner of the BNB contacted me to inform us that a bad storm with tornadoes caused major power outages all over the Cleveland area. The power is out at the BNB and the host/owner informed me VIA text message about this situation. The owner/host attempted to give us a couple alternatives options however, those options wouldn’t work for our family due to the smaller size, less bedrooms, size of beds, less bathrooms. The host then told me to wait till the next day and contact her to check on the status of the power. We called Vrbo about this situation and they also advised us to contact them a day before booking to check on the status of the power. The next day we found out there wasn’t any power and we decided to cancel the trip due to the power outages in the area. We informed the host/owner who told us we’d need to contact Vrbo for a refund. We contacted Vrbo who informed us to contact the host however the host/owner informed us that they never received any funds from Vrbo. After many calls and live chats with Vrbo, they told us that it would be escalated to a resolution team and we’d be contacted VIA email in a few days. We never received any emails regarding this after waiting a week. I then contacted Vrbo again who told me to contact my credit card company/bank since there wasn’t anything they can do,

Great house for work crew!

This house was perfect for our particular needs. We were working in the area. Having a home base other than a hotel makes working out of town more comfortable. This house had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowing max privacy for our technicians. The owner is very good with communication. Highly recommended.

Outstanding! Paula and her crew rock!

I stay in 4 -5 star hotels two to three nights a week all over the US and none of them are as clean as Paula’s houses (We stayed in three different houses). Exactly what we were looking for, clean, comfortable and affordable. Paula is absolutely awesome. Accommodateing and attentive to our needs. Can’t say enough about Paula and her crew!!!
