Esta es una unidad de estudio privada y completamente separada en nuestro sótano. Estudio de cocina con encimeras de granito, nevera, lavavajillas, cafetera y encimera. Para su comodidad, ofrecemos una chimenea de gas, 3 sofás (1 cama queen oculta), dos camas tamaño queen, 1 cama individual, 2 camas nido en el piso, un baño completo con doble lavabo grande y una gran terraza para disfrutar de las noches de verano. . Hay wifi para invitados disponible, así como un escritorio para trabajar.

Está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la autopista I-15, a solo 5 millas del Lagoon Amusement Park, el Legacy Events Center y a 2 millas de la estación de tren de cercanías Centerville Front Runner. 1 milla del templo Bountiful SUD. A 10 minutos del centro de SLC (9 millas), a 20 minutos en coche de la mayoría de las estaciones de esquí.

It was perfect for our stay. We have toddlers and it was nice to know we weren't being judged because of the excitement and that they understood. Yes the stairs going down to the room was a little challenging with the kiddos but it was nothing that wasn't disclosed in the messages. Over all it was a great experience.

Great space to getaway

It was a nice location with great amenities. The WiFi was hiccupy but the host helped. This is now my favorite to stay when I come to town.

Mini vacation

My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much the house was very clean and quiet, it was so much better then 5 of us being crammed into a small hotel room. Everyone enjoyed having their own bed!

So nice and clean!

We had a very comfortable stay in this cute basement rental. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond . It was centrally located to all the activities we had planned. Would stay here again.

Quick overnight getaway

Everything was just as we expected it to be. The owner has every detail covered. The space was very clean and worked well for our group of 6. Highly recommend!

Perfect space!

This was a lovely option for our time in Utah. We were within 10 minutes of where we needed to be, there were plenty of beds, and the option for the kids to play at times. I appreciated the easy self check-in and check-out. Parking worked well with our large family vehicle. Thanks, Leslie, for the nice space!

Great Space / Great Price

In Salt Lake City for a soccer tournament and this space fit our needs perfectly. About the same price as a local hotel room but with room to spread out, a kitchen to cook meals in, and the all-important washer/dryer to take care of the jerseys after playing in hot summer temps. We would book Fox Hollows again.

Very nice property

Very clean and nicely decorated. We were able to sleep, relax and interact with each other comfortably. The handrail down the stairs was unfinished and hard to use.

clean and accomdating

The place is as advertised. It is a basement apartment, but it is spacious enough and we were able to fit all 9 of us in there. We essentially needed a place to sleep as we visited family over the holiday--and this place had what we needed. It was clean upon arrival and check in was easy. We stayed during winter months and it did get a bit cold downstairs at night, but there were plenty of blankets. We would stay here again.

Roomy and great safe location

The studio is just as advertised-it is a large studio. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We (both in our late 60’s) are skiing the west so we leave a lot of expensive equipment in the car which I worry about at hotels but not here. The studio is a perfect location for driving to Alta - Deer Valley - or - Snowbasin. And the communication with Leslie was great.

Great experience

We were wrestling in Farmington,UT great location and perfect size for the group we took down there from WA. Will definitely look at staying at the property again!! 1 small TV issue was fixed as soon as i told Leslie about it…thank you for a great experience. PS my 6 year old loves the trampoline in the back yard!!

Noises

Family with children lives up stairs and you can hear everything. NOT the place you want to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet. TV is only apps and you have to login to your own account which I don't have so I had no access to the TV. They have plumbing problems the toilet clogged and the shower drains real slow so your standing in dirty water. Yard has toys all over and the screen door was off just set up against the sliding glass door

Overall, this property was okay. There were plenty of beds, blankets, towels, and everything was clean. The stairs leading down to the door were icy and over grown with plants and a few toys. We had to really be careful going down. We could never figure out how to lock the door when we left. It was also very cold. We couldn’t turn on the fireplace, and had to contact the owners to turn up the heat. Thankfully there were a lot of blankets. No oven. We won’t stay there again, but overall we had fun and had a good experience.

Worked for our needs

To be honest, we were just looking for a place for some of us to crash at night since there wasn't room at my parents house for everyone when we were in town. It worked fine. It's a basement of an occupied house. You go around to the back and let yourself in through the slider glass door. The door doesn't lock, that should probably be fixed. And anytime we were there during the day, it was extremely loud upstairs, it didn't bug us but just be aware that it's a busy household above you and really low ceilings in the basement (like 6.5') so you hear everything.

Weekend Trip

The property worked well for our trip to see family close by in Bountiful. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for 3 adults. Some things could use an update or refresh but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Besides actively working as a real estate agent with Equity, she has been the owner/ landlord of single and multi-family units (up to 30 doors at a time),while dabbling in rehabbing and becoming proficient as an investor agent and wholesaler. She has established trusted relationships with buyers and sellers up and down the Wasatch Front and become known on a first name basis in real estate investing circles. She serves on the Board of Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association. She lives in Bountiful and is always looking to educate others and expand her reach.

When she is not working, Leslie enjoys rock climbing, four wheeling, hiking, traveling, and fine dining.
